This Subway location is always a great experience. The employees are always friendly and the sandwiches are well made, without exception.
Absolutely the worst Subway I have ever visited. Ordered via the app and not only was the order not ready at the specified time associated finished 2 order before making my order so o had to wait 20 minutes beyond specified time. To top everything off the lady behind the counter was RUDE. They screwed up every sandwich and on top of that provided NO labels so no one had any idea what they were supposed to be grabbing. Next stop corporate complaint department as this is beyond acceptable. Avoid this location at all costs
A company that could care less about its customers. My app was hacked and money was stolen for a fraudulent order. Customer service refuses to get back to me or refund me. I have never been to Kent WA and live on the East Coast nowhere near WA.

Low budget Subway. Has half supply of food and it always looks like it has been sitting all day. The owner is cheep and I couldn't even clean my hands in the restroom after buying products.
Ordered toasted on Italian herb and cheese. I got no toasted and plain bread. Not to mention 5 bits of onion and green peppers...
The older lady they worked There gave me the rudest attitude, she was the only one working and she took her anger out on her customers…

Like to go here during lunch. The line is never too long. Only downer is the soda fountain machine is of order due to covid.Sandwiches are always made well.
