They don't honor Subway coupons at all and they tell you right on your face. Thing is they play tricks with you. I didn't mind they not accepting coupons for expensive subs like stake or chicken but first they had list printed with few subs which they accept coupons for...with veggie sub on very top. And I had veggie sub and when I ask they will accept coupons for veggie sub cashier(Manuel) said they are not accepting any coupons. When I pointed towards list...he just walked to list and flipped the page of list and showed me another page underneath saying "we are not accepting any coupons" and blame the fan for flipping the last page and funny thing was fan was on lowest speed with no air flowing in store. I didn't mind paying full price but not appreciating their tricks for customers.

Very rude staff, skimpy on everything, worst location in the area by far. Won't accept coupons either, see photo.

Got turkey sandwiches. The sandwiches had 6 slices of turkey on them. Not only are the slices so thin now the sandwich seemed like there was no meat on it. When I asked the man making the sandwich he said either they put less meat or else raise the prices so they chose less meat. Not returning.

Out of some breads and cheeses and were not upfront about it at all. Pretty empty and the cookies were good. Better then some other subways in the area but not the best.

I when today to use my coupon an was told that they don't honor it. I told the cashier they do because I use the same one this month. She refused to honor it. I couldn't stay because I only 30 minutes for lunch. So I called bat to speak to the manager. The same cashier answered said his name was Happy but he was not in and she refused to give her name. I called out to the corporate office, when through the phone prompt to get customer service and the line just co continuously rang and rang. So I hung up and called back and tried to just use the operator going through the prompts as well and when I tried to do that to reach the operator the phone just rang and rang. So in essence I got no one this is a bad experience and I don't recommend going to Subway. They pick an they pick and choose when they want to honor the coupons and when you want to complain you have no one to complain too so no recourse.

Don't go to that Sunday, Indian lady working there is very rude. I'm pure vegetarian and she force me to eat meat and when I request to not use meat things in my Sub, she started yelling at me and said if you are vegetarian then why u not eat at your home, we only serve meat.My opinion is people like her doesn't deserve to part of franchisee like subway.

I go to this subway all the time, they are friendly and make great sandwiches

They mailed me coupons so I went to use one today. When it was time to pay, he said “we don’t accept coupons” super rudely. Then why mail out coupons if you don’t accept them?? Hate this place. Oh and mask was only on his mouth. His nose www fully exposed.

They need to accept coupons in the. Store not just online.
