It was alright but prices keep going up. No such thing as a 5.00 sandwich
This location has been struggling for some time I feel like. At first it was that there was only ever one person working. If there was ever more than 2 people in the location at a single time it would take 15-20 mins to get a single sub. Not really sure if this has changed. All I can say is that I was in the location the other day around lunch time and I have some questions about their cleanliness now. When I came in the employee who was helping me got up from the table they were sitting at. They didn't bother washing their hands (I mention cause they were using their phone) before putting the gloves on. This defeats the purpose of wearing gloves as you have to touch the outside to put them on. Which means this employee was then effectively spreading germs around to all the food they were interacting with. Then while in the middle of making my sandwich they pull their mask off, turn around and sneeze all over everything behind them not even bothering to cover their face. Look, I understand if you don't wanna sneeze in the mask but use your elbow. You can also just cover your face, wash your hands and use new gloves. Instead the employee opted to sneeze all over what appeared to be additional prep areas and kicking it up into the air in general. I was quite disgusted by this as someone who has worked in food service previously. Even before Covid much of this would be considered to be unsanitary. All I can say is that in the future I'm going to be going to the other Subway around the corner even if it is a little further away.
I ordered 3 subs to be picked up via their website. Showed up after running a quick errand (so about 25 mins after the order was initially placed) expecting the subs to be ready. When I came in and gave me name and order #, they said they never received any orders. After showing them the online receipt with the store address and confirming I was indeed at the right location, it was concluded that there was something wrong with their system.I said that's fine and I don't mind just placing an order in person, but I needed some help cancelling the online order. They said they didn't know how to cancel the order. After they called the owner, the owner said he can't do anything and would call me tomorrow (today, at this point) to follow up. Now, I can't get in touch with the store or the owner and the online order status shows it as being picked up.I get things happen when operating a business - it's how they resolve these issues that I rate. This store has handled (and is continuing to handle) the issue horribly. I'll just be resorting to disputing the charge with my bank at this point since the owner has no desire to make things right with his client.
Very fresh food
I just ordered food online from here and my son went in to pick it up. I needed to use the restroom after he'd gone and got our food and the lady told me if I wasn't a customer I couldn't use the restroom. I tried to explain that I LITERALLY JUST BOUGHT FOOD but that didn't stop her from telling me I needed to leave and wasn't allowed to use the facilities. Horrible customer service. Thanks for nothing!
Subway is a great place to pick up a 6 inch or foot long sandwich when you are in the mood for something fresh and yummy. They offer all the standard normal Subway sandwiches and you can modify you sandwich as you like. Now certain options and substitutions will add additional charges. You can have your sandwich hot or cold, all up to you. You can also make it a meal deal with chips and soda. They will cut your sandwich in half, thirds or quarter, but you should specify your cut or they'll just cut it in half.
It was all good and I got in b4 the lunch crowd.
Had lunch always good and healthy.
It was clean, nice service no complaints
not the best, but i still go there occasionally. wish they had swiss cheese.
