Horrible customer service this one girl that is always working on lunch shift is so incredibly rude and make Subway look horrible. I've been a loyal customer to Subway for years and simply because of this one employee at this one location I do not go to Subway anymore. I made the mistake of going back today and she still working there and I will never go back to Subway again because of this particular employee. Companies don't realize that one employee can ruin business permanently. It's not just me that's going to stop going to Subway and to the specific location but many others. I feel very sorry for the owner of this Subway
I had ordered a couple Subway sandwiches online from this Subway on W. Meeker St. Before I got there to pick it up someone had crashed their vehicle inside there store. I decided to check to see if my order was ready and unbelievably my Subway sandwiches were ready to go and they were delicious!! Even through all that chaos and turmoil they got customers sandwiches out and customer service was still a priority!! Shout out and prayers and blessings to this Subway restaurant and all the employees and owner. I'll definitely be back when the shop is up and running again!!

Ordered a foot Long sandwich and wen I opened it I saw there was melted plastic
Says open. But nobody ever answers the phone and nobody is ever inside. Avoid this place.

I'm pretty disappointed with this location I work for subway and theses sandwiches are a disappointment it's not my first time ordering from here but definitely gonna be my last time I'm definitely gonna call the Manger to get a refund because I just threw away 2 footlongs for being cold and disgusting

Dinned-in this afternoon, had a great sandwich, the Italian Cold-Cut which was being featured at a special price.This location gets 5 star's, as usual, for quality, presentation and service!
They didn't have several basic ingredients and made substitutions without mentioning this.
