great atmosphere and food!
We got a Groupon to try this place and we didn't know it was a biker bar. Luckily my mom is not too bougie, the food was great. Got the queso dip and burgers and house salad. We're impressed with everything. They were crazy busy but the lady made sure we were taken care of. They wouldn't let me use one of my Groupons, saying I needed 4 people in my party, whatever. I used the other Groupon instead. We may be back on the future if we feel like an adventure.
Stimpy's is a neighborhood sports bar with a bunch of tiny pool tables. The bartender who first served us was playing pool by the time we left. If you're not a regular, it will take a while to get service, unless you're Sasquatch I imagine, he could get service anywhere. Pack your patience if you're just going in for a drink with friends. If you like watching sports on TV or playing in a pool league, this is the place to be.
3/19/2022 10:41am arrive at stimpys to some pool. Before a tournament later today, 4'9" female ask me did I want anything i said a menu please. She give me one, then continue serving other customers. Into my second game; am observing customers coming through the door being setted,service, and getting their drinks. I have not been afford a drink nor ask about my order so I continue to play six more games score 6 to 0 so far. Then on last game am no longer have an appetite. Win the last game an I leave. Angry no! a little disappointed yes, oh she wasn't the only one. A male with glasses 6'2" was the same. Am not upset, just a little about the experience. But am ok, because around about now 15th street bar and grill is open. So I know for a fact regardless how they are Servicers will take care of me. I will leave a nice tip as always.
Pool tables are good, but expensive for quarter tables ($1 a game) chicken fingers yummy, service was good, conservative, older crowd for blues band, lots of Nascar posters and American flags.
My steak was cooked perfectly. The vegetables were also cooked to perfection. Yummy The waiters were very polite. ☺️
First time there. French fries looked home cut, not greasy or oily, cooked perfect center soft. Had Ruben sandwich was great, but little too much 1000 island dressing, but still great. Had drinks, made well. Server was quite friendly, it was busy, she was attentive but not smothering. Will for sure be going back.
Great spot!I've lived in this area for 6 years, and was reluctant to come here at first. My friend invited me recently and I was really surprised how good the food and staff is!Excellent pub food. Friendly bartenders. Fast service. And they never neglect you. Clean and well lit. Sports bar atmosphere. They don't ask you for proof of Vaccination.Croud seems predominantly older white males, but everyone is welcome and treated well. Thank you
A Federal Way staple; Stimpy’s is the premier hang out spot for the folks that were here long before (here) was cool. Pool leagues, ? ping pong ?, football, baseball, hockey, nascar, outdoor seating aria, and classic snarky sassy service. A healthy regular crowd makes this a familiar fun place to hang out in times like these.
