I freaking love Starbucks, it's definitely a great for me. Everytime I go there they're always very professional and friendly. Keep it up.
Honestly I love all Starbucks, but this one is just horrible! I don’t know who the manager is but the drinks are always iffy and whenever I ask for my pastries to be warmed up they’re still freezing cold. A lot of the workers are very rude, mostly the girls, but there are some nice ones as well. There’s a redhead (maybe a manager) or tries to act like one… very rude, made me never want to go there again. You guys lost my business. Hello Bigfoot Java.
I dont understand why dine in is always closed Sunday but drive through is open. How hard can it be to manage it both. You would think they would have it open since Sunday is usually the time people just want to get coffee and maybe have a relaxing time at the shop. Disappointing.
STARBUCKS Corporate just made it clear for us! They won't get another cent from me! Can't blame the employees...we all have bills to pay, but maybe it's time to find a new employer or even better, start your own place!
Will refuse to go to this location anymore after discovering how cheaply they run only drive-through, which there is usually a long line.Also employees do not know how to make their drinks. Every time I have gone there, they do not make my drink correctly like all the other Starbucks. I either get a sweet cream cold brew very light sweet cream or a iced passion tea lemonade light lemonade. Every time I have ordered those drinks they never listen to the light lemonade or light sweet cream. ITS SO SIMPLE. I find the sweet cream cold brew to be absolutely disgusting when they overdo the sweet cream. It’s so thick that you can’t even taste the coffee. I have thrown away all of the coffees I have paid for here. They put more sweet cream than other Starbucks when I don’t even ask for light cream. Actually at the other two I don’t even have to ask because they just make the drink properly; however at this location I learned to start asking for light SC and they still put way too much every time. THERE IS ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE A SPLASH in the original recipe, yet I always end up with a blonde drink from here. The other Starbucks that I frequent are pretty consistent between both, so I will go there. Never had a bad drink at those places.Not worth a long wait for an overpriced drink incorrectly made that will be thrown out 9/10 times. Its a shame because if they would have made the drinks correctly I’m a daily buyer and this is the closest one to my house lol. But like I said, not worth it!
Store closes at random all the time, it has inconvenienced me at least 3 times. They make good drinks here though when you can find them open for business
Been in the area a while and despite the lack of mandate and still advertising on the Google listing to come and use the wifi, you can still not come on foot and require a vehicle.Despite them paying rent, they are clear about the quiet part out loud about people who can't afford transportation by their policies. I have a vehicle, but if I want to walk from a hotel I cannot for a drink.I don't patronize this location and I am reviewing to encourage others to do the same.
Starbucks coffee is absolute top-tier garbage. However I am a daily customer of this location because the staff is absolutely amazing and I love having the opportunity to chat with them. It's a nice very early morning routine.
The staff is great but unfortunately the location is so convenient the owner refuses to pay more to get more staff cuz they make enough money only having the drive-thru and pick up open so they don't have to worry about staffing it and they can increase the lengths of wait times just enough for customers to be tolerant without having to actually pay a good wage, look into the unionizing of Starbucks across the United States at this point. So just be mindful where your money is going I'm going to take a drive to another place since the store is not open anyway I might as well give my money to someone who treats their employees better
Bree on drive through was so kind and made my day a lot brighter. We convo'd over my recent engagement and she was so bubbly and kind. Only doing 4 stars because the location seems to be having inconsistencies with staffing so they have to close early which can be annpying, making the drive over just to be disappointed. Other than that, love the current staff they have. Especially Bree!!
