I had really given up on Starbucks. The attitudes of the people employed there just seemed to get worse and worse and I am sorry when one is spending good money daily and receiving surly treatment in return uh uh not for this chick! Today however after receiving a gift card I thought oh well have to spend it sometime I went into this store at the Lowes parking on PCH. I approached the counter expecting the usual but there stood Rin to take my order. A big smile a great greeting and my order was kindly taken. Then on to Ben the barista who made our drinks who also did so nicely and delivered them to me with a smile. Its not that hard when someone is spending their money at any establishment to treat customers with respect and for customers to expect such and do the same in kind. Thank you both so much. In fact it even made the coffee taste wonderful ?

Sometimes, the service is a bit slow but overall, it is awesome
Not a good experience at all. It wasn't until after we got our venti sized drinks and Frappuccinos and they handed us the little straws anf said they were out of the long straws. Had they told us upfront we would have ordered smaller sizes so we could use the straws they gave us. They forgot to give us our pumpkin bread as well and we didn't notice it until we were back on the freeway once we left. We also left a nice tip. Very disappointing with this Starbucks and won't come back here.

Pleasant Customer service at the order box but the wait time in line was too long. 2 cars ahead of me and I had to wait 15 minutes to get to the window for my order.Other days as well the lines are a ridiculous wait.
