Most people know by now that the U.S. Supreme Court Struck down Joe Biden's [email protected] [email protected] by ruling that the policy overstepped executive authority. As a result, Starbucks Corp (SBUX.O) suspended it's C*V1D-19 [email protected] requirement for U.S. employees. This has been reported by numerous media outlets (The Wall Street Journal, Yahoo, CNBC, The New York Times, Fortune etc.) That brings me to today...I went into the the Starbucks on the East Hill of Kent (located at 10234 SE 256th Street #101) where I ordered some food and a drink. After receiving my food, I sat down and started eating when one of the employees, named "Mel", said that without proof that I got the experimental and useless [email protected], I could not remain in the dining area to eat. I asked her about the recent Starbucks policy change as a result of the Supreme Court ruling and "Mel" said that all of the employees at that store had to be [email protected] or show a negative C*v1D test. "Mel's" statement is in direct contradiction to the recent policy update from Starbucks Corporate. My point is that if the most recent Starbucks policy doesn't require their employees to get the experimental [email protected] then how can they demand that from their customers??? I contacted Starbucks Corp directly and was told their is no policy prohibiting unvaccinated customers from dining inside their establishments. So either "Mel" is uninformed or implementing her own rules based on her personal stance. I suggest avoiding this location...it's trash!
Drive thru is extremely slow. People driving up and walking in, got in and out before one care moved in the drive thru. Meanwhile the line for drive thru is backed up to the key bank. Walking in and ordering is easier, but not when you have a sleeping baby in the car.
Idk why they close the lobby so early.Couldnt get a refund so im down 5 bucks so pretty disappointed
