Friendly staff, especially with their regulars.Gets busy, so wait can be a bit longer than normal.Not the cleanest I've been in.
Worst Starbucks in Kent. I’ve gone there 3 times to order for my boyfriend and I, and all 3 times our order has been wrong. Don’t ask these people for add-ins like syrups, Java chips, etc because they WILL NOT put them in.
Nice people. Indoor hours close early, but thankfully, drive-thru is open late.
Kayla, rose and the whole crew are super stars. I go every morning and it’s a part of my 8 year olds routine to go in and get my mobile order. He is so excited to see them each morning. They make him feel so welcomed and they are so sweet. As a parent, it can’t get any better than that. They know their customers names, they are kind and I look forward to seeing them.
Hours posted aren’t accurate but we still waited. We saw a boy inside and clearly saw us but ignored us. He could’ve completely told us they weren’t open yet instead of just ignoring us. Soo rude!
Do not trust the hours posted on the site… I went all the way there, only to find the place completely black inside at 330 pm on a Sunday afternoon. The website stated it was open until 530 pm!!
Wife loves this place. You can order ahead online and just pickup and go.
It was good but it was raining out and i was with my 6 yearold vrother who i had judt oucked uo from school but we couldnt eat inside since we didint have the vaccine
Firstly my order was not correct, was given coconut milk instead of oatmilk. The wait time was horrible besides the 7 people working there. I ordered a pumpkin loaf after getting my coffee and then waited 20 ridiculous minutes before shamelessly asking about it and one of the baristas non chalantly picked out up from the basket near the drive thru widow and handed it over to me. Thankfully I don't frequent this location and deal the rude employees here.
Nice and friendly service, I will return.
