This newer location has been very convenient for me. The Baristas are always friendly. I never feel rushed when deciding to try something new. They were even wonderful and calm during the whole pandemic period. Never seemed flustered by all the outages. They're a great crew there.

I live within 10 min or less walking distance to the Starbucks on Kent kangley and 116th, next to Sonic. Many times after my kids and I finish playing at the park near our home, we would walk to Starbucks for a treat. However, on this day of 2/8/22 @ 6:30 pm, my self and my kids once again walked to Starbucks for a treat. When we approached the WALK UP ORDER window, we were told that we can't order at the window, its for mobile orders. When telling them that I have ordered here many times, and asking why have a walk up order window if you can't order at it, the employee looked at me clueless. Just one more way for Starbucks to inconvenience the customer, and another reason not to give them my business.
Starbucks is almost always great. They don't always make my coffee perfect (flat white). Sometimes they make mistakes, but don't we all? Pretty much all the Starbucks I've visited up and down the west coast are clean and tidy.
