I was doing a delivery for Uber... but, the staff is always friendly, always fast and the store clean. I gave it 4 stars because I just think Starbucks is so over priced. Drinks that are essentially an overpriced shake... come on now $6 bucks for a large iced coffee or tea that is mostly ice??? People wake up and smell the coffee!
Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. I always feel like I'm getting personal attention. They've also never failed me and have made my drinks perfectly.
This one seems to be on the more quick side as I've found when long lines wait times not too bad. Also, and more importantly, this store gets the drinks right! Like the actual flavors and quantities ? I love when my Grande { } tastes great and is filled properly!
I had someone pay for my drink and food when I wasnt feeling well. I don't know who it was but was thankful.Love getting coffee and breakfast here
This is a great location of the iconic coffee machine. The staff is always friendly, and usually there is somewhere to sit.
It was good besides a 17 minute wait in line at the drive thru, and that they were out of light caramel and I had to get dark instead for my caramel macchiato, therefore it wasn’t too sweet. The baristas were nice ?? amid the delay.
I ordered drinks and pastries online. When I got there they were out of the milk I ordered, so I agreed to a different kind. They made my drink and forgot the syrup and whip. I didn’t try it right away because I didn’t want to burn my tongue which usually happens with Starbucks drinks.I got all the way home to realize the drink was made wrong. I drove back and asked for a refund. They offered to remake it but since they didn’t have the milk I wanted, I’d rather just be refunded. That’s fine, people make mistakes, but they do it often. They didn’t do anything to make it right, like give me a drink voucher, when I had to come all the way back, which was a hassle because I have a sprained arm.
