This place is in the backside of a disgusting gas station, dirt, grime, and crumbs everywhere all over their counters and floor, and I even witnessed another customer trying to give someone on the kitchen side a can of Raid! Two other orders came out before mine, but for some reason when mine came out the guy working the kitchen wanted me to check it with the guy running the gas station, but gas station guy got upset when I asked him to put gloves on while checking my food. Apparently this angered him so much that he attempted to take my food back while yelling at me about gloves and going back to the restaurant side to have my food made again. I demanded he gave me MY food that I ordered, and he eventually did by tossing it at me, but I didn't feel like it was even safe to eat it at that point.
I ordered they Grubhub. Delivery was quick and accurate. Dude was very kind.I paid $6.99 for a milkshake that was 2 inches short of being full.I called Skippers and the manager told me that my grub hub driver must have drank it because they only get complaints from grubhu and not any other food delivery service.I am outraged he would blame the driver!!!!!!!!Awful customer service from Skippers!!!!!!
Dirty place, no staff around to help us. We stood at the counter for about 10 mins waiting to order, finally someone rudely said 1 minute, after 5 more minutes we just left
It was a very unique place. There were 3 restaurants in one, each separate, with a gas station attached. The owner was very nice, and the shrimp I had too. Chowder,Not as good as I remembered from years ago that we are at. Not same owner then, was one restaurant then.
This place ha multiple names as multiple restaurants but the fact is all names are managed by 2 people who aren't using face mask and gloves while preparing the food ,if you want to get sick have their food
This food was absolute trash. Fish was dry and the chowder had a strong citrus aftertaste, completely inedible.Skip this place.
Really not a skippers... I'm not sure how they can say that...it was in the same building as the gas station... food was terrible and definitely not skippers fish and chips the help was very slow...and myself would NEVER go again. ?But I can say... DefinitelyAn experience...
I eat there food every single night because I am vegetarian and the food was delicious second thing the service is faster than ur thinking and the staff is so nice please visit once and order by self and try the food promise that's the best place to eat Indian food, skippers,and All kind Ice Creams thnku So much Owner Mr. Kamal And Staff U guys Are amazing ????????????????????????❤️❤️❤️???????
Staff is very friendly but the Clam chowder is NOT 'Skipper's' clam chowder - it was fine in it's own right, but Skipper's chowder is very distinctive in colour, texture and taste - this was closer to Ivar's.
Do not order here. You will waste your money and time. I found a hair in my clam strip after spending way too much on what turned out to be a gas station totally exploiting doordash and ubereats. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and either hit Ivar's or go without.
