They overcharged me. Glad I took a photo of my receipt! I used to love this place. Unfortunately they have new servers who were terrible! From the moment we entered we tried to ask them where is the paper to write our name down they just ignored us several times and pretended they didn't hear us. We had to wait 1 hour for our order. Now we are going to be late with our errands and they even forgot some of our orders! We had no choice but to just take out some of our late orders. We didn't get a chance to properly eat. I would be happy to give a good tip but the service was terrible! So they decided to put the tip on their own! I had the feeling that they will do that so I took picture of receipt as evidence. It happened on May 8th evening so just in case the manager will read this review, they know who those servers were!

Everyone seems to love the ramen here, which I didn't get since I had ramen for lunch, lol. But do NOT get the fried rice, it's frozen vegetables with really dry and old chicken (I saw other reviews about dry chicken)I mean dry and the rice has zero flavor and costs $15!!!! They should fix it or take it off the menu its horrible and expensive. The seaweed was great and refreshing but super chewy and tough. ** NOTE: On the receipt if you split the check the suggested tip is based on the full amount for each separate bill. Don't over tip accidentally. The staff was friendly and great though

Prior to October I had eaten Ramen once or twice in my life. Now I eat it once or twice a week and Shibu fills that in well. My only problem with Shibu is they consistently overcook the chashu. At this point I take it as a conscious choice so I don't criticize them too much for it, but there are ramen places with significantly better chashu. Highly recommend, I love their Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen.

Great food, nice atmosphere. The takoyaki and the ramen's amazing

Ramen was incredible! I usually head to Seattle for ramen near Pike but no one likes to sit in Seattle traffic. Had the courage to try something local and it definitely did not dissapoint. Ramen and especially the broth was stellar. I highly recommend going here for lunch or dinner or whatever you choose.

I just keep trying to get a good veggie ramen and it just ain’t happening. It was okay, it was terrible but I mean I wouldn’t come back here unless someone else would pay for me. I even tired it with pork broth and it was better but still a disappointment. 2 stars cause ya know it was good and I didn’t spit it out. But I rather just got to a new place and see about somewhere, anywhere else for some decent ramen. It may be convenient and a good price but it ain’t worth it…

The service was nice and the interior of Shibu was too. Very clean and modern looking! We were seated immediately. We got the side salad, geso Karaage, garlic tonkatsu ramen, and miso tonkotsu ramen. We liked our appetizers and the food came out fast. The ramen had good toppings and noodles, but the broth was pretty bland for both of our ramens. We eat ramen pretty often, and the broth here was more on the simple side instead of being hearty. The price was affordable and really good for our entire meal (4 items). May come back again if in the Kent area.

Very good good...I recommend go here

I’m sorry I really thought and had my hopes up high for this restaurant.. I ordered 3 chicken noodle bowls. First less start out with the noodles was good and not to soft that’s why I gave it a star in reality it is the star. Now for the broth it taste like low sodium chicken broth most likely out of the box, that’s the second star.the chicken breast was dry, The vegetables was great but baby let me just continue on I tried to add more soy sauce and sriracha hot chili sauce still no taste added garlic power omg I couldn’t BELIVE I still couldn’t get it to taste like anything you know it’s bad when you have a 15 year old boy that wouldn’t eat it and usually eats everything. Lol so 50 dollars gone straight down the drain I was better off making my own noodles at home way more flavorful and less money, seriously thought I would of got a big bowl of goodness because they are suppose to specialize behind there noodles. Don’t get me wrong customer service was great another star. I read a few reviews and my after all thought please save your money and make your own at home .
