This place is amazing! Our waitress Heylee was phenomenal, she knew my daughter has Autism without asking and was very attentive to her and her needs!Oh and the food was quality home cooking! About the same prices as Dennys but a lot more food, and much much much better quality ?.
Took her sweet time bringing over the check and cashing us out. Horrible attitude. Lady with short blonde hair.
Great service, food was really good. Their Eggs Benedict is so yummy. Also their Baked Potato Soup is the best I've had.
Showed up right at closing time (unknowingly) and they still offered to make us food if we didn't mind taking it to go! Wow! Great customer service Shari's! Impressed, food was ready & accurate at lightning speed, and just to top it off, the waitress even brought the food out to my car!
The waiters there are so kind. The only thing is that they always are out of my favorite kinds of pie. ?
ORDERED FOOD USING THEIR WEBSITE, NOT UBER, NOT DOORDASH, SHARIS.COM. WENT TO ONE STORE TO ORDER IT AND THEN THEY CALLED TO SAY IT'S OUT OF STOCK, WOULD I LIKE A SUBSTITUTE. I SAID KINDLY NO AND THEY CANCELED MY ORDER. WENT TO ANOTHER STORE, NO CALL RECEIVED, I THOUGHT GREAT, I GET MY PIE. YES THIS IS ABOUT A PIE, I MISSED THE ACTUAL 3.14 PI DAY, SO I WANTED A PIE. THEN WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE PIE IT HAD A NOTE WRITTEN ON IT (SEE PICTURE). I CALLED AND THEY SAID IT'S NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO REFUND IT, GO TO DOORDASH. I EXPLAINED I DIDN'T USE DOORDASH, I USED THEIR WEBSITE, SHE SO RUDELY SAID WE WON'T REFUND IT, YOU HAVE TO GO TO DOORDASH. THEN I CALLED DOORDASH, THEY CAN'T REFUND IT BECAUSE I DIDN'T USE DOORDASH. I CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, THEY CAN'T REFUND IT YET BECAUSE IT IS PENDING, NOT POSTED. SO I CALLED THE 1ST STORE (WHICH IS KENT, THEY ARE AWESOME, TALK TO TRISH THERE, SHE'S AN ANGEL) AND THEIR MANAGER DONNIE SAID HE'LL HELP TAKE CARE OF ME. HE WAS GOING TO CALL THIS HORRIBLE LAKE MERIDIAN ESTABLISHMENT AND HELP ME OUT.I AM EPILEPTIC, SO I 100% MUST RELY ON OTHERS TO ASSIST MY LIFE. SO WHEN I TRUST A BIG COMPANY AND THEY WON'T HELP, I GET REALLY UPSET BECAUSE I HAVE NO CONTROL. I LITERALLY CANNOT JUST GO GET FOOD, I HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE DRIVE ME THERE, OR DELIVER IT TO ME.THANK YOU DONNIE AND TRISH FROM KENT, IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM LAKE MERIDIAN AND JUST GO TO THE KENT STORE.
Great meal love my waitresses trenae she made are night with great service
The only thing they got right was the shake and pancakes. Maybe it was an off night or they don’t have a great cook right now. I know post Covid times are tough. But I wasn’t impressed.
The food was good, the staff never really stopped by to check in and felt a bit rushed to order but it was a bit busy so I understand
We have eaten here a few other times in the diner during the Covid pandemic and had no problems... 'til this evening. Ordered takeout for my birthday for my Husband, myself and two Grandsons, and it was anything other than pleasing, so I called and spoke with the Manager on duty. My turkey Club was ok, but the handful of fries tthey literally threw on top of it were not! They were so greasy, tasted nasty and from being a restaurant manager in the past, I could tell they had been cooked in old oil, so I had to toss them. My Husband only took three bites of his cheddar ham omelette meal. We paid for a side of fruit/ fruit cups to add to each Grandson's meal, but they certainly were not worth $2 each for the 5 chunks of hard cantelouope they received and wouldnt eat in comparison to the full cup of honeydew, and grapes that they are supposed to get. I called and spoke with the manager to tell her it was my birthday so I wanted her to know that the dinner was sub-par and asked her why we only got a few chunks of canteloupe for $2 each, and no other fruit in the fruit cups. She never once said "sorry" or tried to make things right. She simply said they were "out of other fruit so gave around 5 dices of cantaloupe"; however, this location is right across the street from a Safeway grocery where we had just bought a large container of mixed fruit today for only $4. She didn't seem concerned about the old oil that the fries were in, only saying she would "let the chef know". Regardless if the fries were fresh or not all they did was flopped them on top of the sandwich instead of considering putting them in a larger or separate container. Either way, any chef and restaurant manager know that cooking in old oil i
