We love the drinks and have found the staff is more friendly at this location! Have tried a few food items and had great experiences with those too! Quick service, a great place to go on a hot day for sure!
I can understand the prices but the service doesn’t reflect it. Ordered a drink and sandwich to go.Drink came out quick, sandwich right after waiting on the shelf. Cashier walked right by it with a customer waiting to order then disappeared for way too long.We had to wait for one of the kitchen guys to come out and realize there was no one helping us.I used to work around here and return every now and then to support the business. The inside is nice and clean but that’s about it. This might be my last visit.Their menu options increased but are they struggling to juggle the orders now?I was going to leave out how I wasn’t greeted coming in or when the cashier finally showed up but here it is. I don’t need a smile out or a dance but at least say welcome or something.Go somewhere else with a smaller menu and better service where they can focus better on what they make.
Great selection of food and drinks. I really love their milk teas and fruit teas, as well as their fries!Clean aesthetic and a nice place to study up (if you have unlimited WiFi or hotspot).
I really liked this place the first time I tried it in 2021. I came back several times. Slowly, the quality seems to be diminishing a little when the prices are hiking up and the sizes are getting smaller, and the drinks are getting more and more ice. I asked for light ice and they gave me the cup almost half full of it. Drink flavor was just a bit watered down. Original tapioca does not taste the same, it appears they are using cheaper ingredients possibly. Milk tea seemed good but others seem watered down. For the price, I'd prefer to go to happy lemon which is also overpriced in my opinion, but the flavor never lacks there.Also, they slowly took down their lovely decorations whi h made me love the place even more before. They had it decorated as a plant lovers cove. Now it just seems like any other tea/coffee shop. Nothing stands out about it anymore.Take your business elsewhere unless you like overpriced, watered down tea.
Been coming here since they opened up.Pros: Large selection, affordable, friendly staff and cute interior. I love their drinks and food.Cons: I wish they had better boba pearls, it's right next to the gym, and some of the flavors such as lychee are made with powder and doesn't mix well (they separate from the liquid if you leave it sitting for more than a couple of minutes.)I personally place more importance on the quality of their smoothies and food since those are my favorites, hence the 5 stars.
I tried this place before quarantine and was disappointed and went in again after and it was the same experience. You walk in and there's no one at the front, hella loud talking in the kitchen and then when you finally order its still a long time for the food to come out. I ordered the pork banh mi & the breast is sooo thick & flaky & the crab fries were overkill on the imitation crab. They've got to get a better system in place.

The food and drinks are really amazing. We had two coffee drinks, bbq korean chicken sandwich, shrimp tempura, and the garlic fries. I'm sad that we live so far away. This would definitely be a go to stop for us.
Come for the Boba and Milk Tea. Stay for the basil garlic fries, fresh and light sandwiches, and other delights. Wide variety of fruits, grain, and toppings.
I came for the price, and I left for the price.The recent price increase is scary. Customers came and became loyal because of your price-value ratio. Now everything is pricy I think I'm going to search for the next Banh-Mi and bubble tea place...
