Worst meal I’ve ever had delivered. Food was cold and not worth eating (wasn’t cheap either) and they completely failed to send my grandsons pizza. When his mom called them, the idjut on the phone (at the store location) told her she had to call door dash, it was their screw up. How can that be when RR was responsible for cooking and bagging the food? Not to mention there was NO door dash number. Daughter then calls RR customer service and the lady there said “yes, we screwed up and will fix it” Lazy people. Done with RR!!!
Walked in and immediately felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Then noticed how dirty it was, everywhere. Got sat at our table, which didn’t take long BUT the girl who sat us literally said “4?” And not a another single word. Slapped our menus on the table and walked away, again without saying anything. The table clearly was not properly wiped down. My husband went to ask a staff member to please wipe off the table, which ended up being the same girl that sat us and she pointed to her coworker and said “ask her” They did come over to wipe the table, but with a little tiny wipe and still left crumbs all over the table and she just kinda shrugged her shoulders like “eh, good enough” we got up and walked out. Now we are at Applebee’s having a way better experience. Will never return to this Red Robin. Gross and rude staff.
Wow, I love Red Robin, but this one was a nope never again. Ordered online, when I got there I called, someone picked up the phone, laid it on the counter, came back about 30 seconds later and said, yo, this is Z***, never once said Red Robin, then was put out when I said I was here to pick up my order. I paid extra for big patty—so glad I did, as there was a whole 2 ounces of hamburger on my tavern burger. Had to search to find it among the two heads of shredded iceberg lettuce and gallon of sauce. 7 whole French fries, and the freckled lemonade was in a tiny cup with nothing but ice. Don’t bother with this one for take-out.
I called in an order and parked outside the Kent location on the Benson. I could not believe how quickly the order came out and how awesome the young lady was that brought it out. She was funny, she was kind, and we just appreciated her so much! I wish I remembered her name!
I ordered from active menus and the service was great as I didn't have what I ordered so they called right away and just had to get a smaller size which probably is not a bad thing LOL. In the service was really good inside as well picking it up
I have noticed with the price increase on most menu items, I can understand higher wages, health insurance etc.BUT what I can’t and will not except….The thinning of the patty is unacceptable.Ordered a bonsai burger couldn’t even find the patty lost in the pineapple,lettuce and tomato if you’re going to increase prices please serve a quality burger
Better than my recent experiences at Red Robin. Burger was decent and filling. Didnt seem like they shrank the burger like i thought they have in recent years. They are now selling pizza under anothet name now (not red robin) very confusing. Not sure if they are a burger place anymore. But we got the kid a cheese pizza and it wasnt that bad so i was pleasantly surprised. Still really old decor. This one in Kent needs a refresh. Soo much red and so much vinyl. Felt very 80's.. too 80's sunce i am a huge 80s fan. Overall the food was better. So i will do 4 stars this time.
Good experience with true bottomless drink and fries.Please have your team wear name tags so we can address them by name and give positive feedback for good service. Not wearing a name tag for some preconceived gender identification anonymity is a crazy reason to not self identify for patrons.
Great and quick service during the day. I got seated immediately and had the Cheesy Bacon Fondue Burger and don't know why we never had a cheese dip for our burgers!!!! Deliciousness!!!! No photos because it was delicious!
Gave us an order that was hours old because they were getting ready to close and didn't want to make a big order. Health Department alerted. Our order was placed at 1031 pm. PLACED AT. look at the time on the receipt. ??? And also looks like out of the black container, some fries were eaten. Either that or whoever's order it was got seriously jipped on fries. If I could give no stars, I would. Watch out at least this store of this company doesn't care whether they feed you something that makes you sick or not.
