Placed two mobile orders. Didn't start putting the orders together until 7 or 8 min later. Didn't drop the bigness until about 15 to 20 min later and chose to 30 min later finally got our orders. Place was a cluster and they don't seem to have much of an idea in the back as to how to keep fast food fast. Had been for awhile and no I remember why.
I ordered a #13 platter which is shrimp and 2 chicken strips. They didn't put the chicken in and there were a few burnt black fries in it. Yuck probably won't go back. Also very slow
I ordered through the drive through of the Kent Popeyes three chicken sandwiches, one original, one one with no pickles, and one spicy. Also ordered an original, not spicy, fish sandwich and popcorn shrimp. They said it would be a moment and I needed to pull forward, so I did. The fish was taking longer to prepare. After 15 minutes, I went inside to pickup the order that had been sitting and waiting for me. You would have thought I ordered curbside pickup. The order was cold, the fish was spicy and fries limp. The popcorn shrimp was hard and not tender. Do you think Popeyes owners have ever eaten food from their drive thru? If they have, why haven't they trained their employees? Worse restaurant service. I would not recommend Popeyes..
I ordered 12pcs chicken (only) and 12 pcs biscuits, the crew said chicken will be available 3mins and if i could wait in the parking, the order was placed at 5:42pm the crew brought my chicken 6:07pm, so basically it’s not 3 minutes, but, alright, time to go home without checking my order, when we are about to eat it,I’m so disappointed they did not include butter & syrup for the biscuits and chicken is only 11pcs. Though We love their chicken,the customer service is really Bad? this happens to me multiple times already. I hate myself for not checking my orders before I leave, though I know that’s part of their job.
Absolutely horrible. When we got in the line, it already was extending out into the road almost. Since we had a mobile order we tried to go inside, but the door was locked. So we waited in line, it ended up being an hour or longer. Once we finally got to the intercom they had us park and finally opened the doors and had us come in. A complete waste of time. Since there were also around 10 workers inside so there shouldnt have been too many problems, but the workers were moving at a snails pace and taking their time although there was a huge line. Some of the worst customer service ever. Whoever came up with this idea was obviously not thinking.
Placed a mobile order and had to wait over 30 min for it. When we get to the window we were asked to park and go inside cuz it wasn't ready. While I'm waiting I see 4 employees on break in the lobbyManagement needs to do better at handling this location. Can't be having customers waiting so long.Got here at 430. It's 515 and still don't have my order ready.

This is by far the most filthiest Popeyes I’ve ever seen. Coming through the front the doors and windows had handprints and sticky stuff on them. The condiments station was empty and dirty. The dining room area was filthy as well and full of junk. The countertops where orders are taken should be cleaned periodically. If their not going to clean why wear a mask?
This Popeyes is by far The most unprofessional And The staff Comes with an attitude As well as a miserablePersonalityThere is no professionalism at this place at all. They are always running out of stuff and you have limited selections the demeanor of the staff is oh well go elsewhere. Just left there and needless to say I'm disappointed yet again by this location not to mention none of the staff is wearing face masks
Decided to try something new on my lunch break today. Will never make this mistake again. Saw a short line of about 7 cars in the drive thru, so I got in line. To say that it was slow is an understatement. Had 2 people in front of me leave the line because it was so slow. After a half hour of waiting, I was still not even to the point where I could order. My lunch was over. I left the line and went back to work with an empty stomach. Thanks for that.
