Below average customer service, no hospitality orwelcoming energy just look at the menu and ring thebell when your ready maybe cause it was 9:30pm??♀️ Ihad hoped that telling them it was my first time inthey would be more eager to want me to enjoy myexperience, Waited 30 mins for noodles and sauceand when she finally came out she said "oh youblended in" not sure what thats supposed to mean butI was the only customer waiting for a to go order otherthen a few delivery drivers who came in and got there orders almost immediately.I live walking distance from this place and was starving so I started eating right away only to find the noodles were very dry and had no flavor I couldn't find any sauce or any use of salt or pepper to say the least, just some weird smelling cheese that was almost burnt on the top layer :( however she was kind enough to give me a refund I as wasn’t able to stomach a full bite, I was worried after looking at there not so good reviews.
I ordered a build your own pizza and two cheesecakes. Was NOT disappointed… the pizza dough and toppings are fresh. Strawberry cheesecake is a must try. You’ll eat it too quick tho ?Keep in mind that there is a $25 minimum for delivery and due to the airport/hotels being nearby delivery can take a while. It is worth it though.I stayed at a hotel by and was the only one to order food so it was hard trying to make my total $25. Considering the distance, cost of gas, and labor that goes into delivery it is understandable to me. Maybe the city can find an easier way to support the businesses delivering to hotels.Nonetheless I am satisfied.
Insanely rude and over priced. I called in one late night to order a pizza for me and my partner. We order a Mediterranean pizza which on the website was listed for cheaper but when we got there it was almost $20! When we got there, I told the lady my order. She rang me up and the total was doubled what I expected. I asked her why it was so high and she became frustrated and told me what I ordered. The order that she read to me wasn't my order; it had an extra pizza in there. I told her that I only ordered one medium pizza and she started arguing with me back and forth; she then even proceeded to ask my partner who ordered it (it was I that ordered) and then that got my partner involved. She then went to the back angrily, looked at the receipt/orders there, and then found my order. The whole time she was extremely rude and even though she was wrong, she still acted all annoyed instead of being sincere or apologetic. That by itself ruined our appetite and we will NOT be going here again
The food was awesome. Like spectacularly delicious. But it was an uphill battle to get them to understand that l did, in fact, have an airline voucher for more than $12 (mine was a single voucher for $48, not 4 $12 vouchers like they absolutely insisted). I was forced to pay $20 of my own money (after a ridiculously long day of travel frustrations and having to stay in an old airport hotel for a 5 am flight) to just get food that was supposed to be completely paid for by the airline (and I didn't even use all of it!!!) So frustrating. At least it was fresh and hot and delicious 40 mins later when I finally got to eat at 9 pm....
After a long day of traveling I ordered a Gyros and salad from this restaurant. The gyros was okay light on chicken but okay. My salad was not. Part way through eating an $11.99 salad I found a few pieces that were not properly washed. I called the restaurant to ask for refund on the salad. I was told that no one else complained all day so the salad should be fine. Unreal. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was too busy to speak with me, the girl on the phone then hung up. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE AND LACKING! even if they did not agree with me it was uncalled for behavior. I ended ordering a salad from McDonald's...
So I went to the hookah lounge And after I was done I had dinner. I tried this pizza place!!!! Cuz Pizza is one of my favorites! I have been living in Tacoma for a couple years. I never did find a favorite there.I Ended up Moving back this way, & OMG let me tell You. I was beyond impressed With The Vegetarian pizza I had Tonight. I have not had a good pizza like this Is in so long. I prefer local pizza places Over Domino's, Pizza Hut, And papa John's. This pizza Is my new favorite. I Forever will be a customer.You can actually taste the toppings(Fresh Ingredients) And the cheese is to die for...The crust Is Perfection. One of the BEST pizzas I have ever had hands down.I got a Gatorade And only had $3 left It was originally More But the lady gave it to me. Very kind people. I definitely would recommend this pizza joint. ? If you want a good high quality good tasting Delicious Pizza You will Not be disappointed.
I was only calling to mention the pizza was very cold on arrival, im fairly sure i was lied to when the manager claimed to have watched it go out, they did not tell us they were changing our drinks, and a whole quarter of the cheese was missing, and the rest mushed to one side, proof of mishandling by the driver. Unfortunately, as a cook myself, i see this as pitiful performance. Furthermore, the manager skipped over several of the ussues i brought up in the call, ignored them, fixated on pointing out MY errors, even though there were none.
My fav pizza, been buying pizza from this place for 15 years. Probably bought hundreds of pizzas from them. Good cheese, good pepperoni, good jalapenos, nice thick bready crust.
You want some great food? This is the spot! I've been getting amazing food from this place for over 15 years! They have always put a lot of effort with reasonable time to make sure they give you the best results.
If you grew up in Kent, you know pizza mart is the OG pizza place! Just had the margarita pizza and it's still just as good!
