I placed an order and it was supposed to be ready at 9:45 pm. I arrived and called to pick up and they told me that they would immediately take it to the car and they never came out they did not answer my calls I knocked on the door and glass and a young woman was inside she saw me and never opened it The door was closed and they are supposed to close at 11. I waited 35 to 40 minutes outside. I went to call and they finally answered. I told them what happened and they told me that they were going to send me a manager and they transferred my call. I spoke to a very kind person, but when i told him my city auburn wa he was in anahein california and he didn't know why they transferred me with him it was a total joke i paid for a service and they made me a fraud i'm going to report what happened to my bank i'm a client of that place for time and Now I'll never go back I hope someone reads this and does something so it doesn't happen again. We love this pizza hut! Pizza cooked perfectly and exactly on time. It was still hot enough to burn my mouth when we got home. Excellent.
Food was good...The Delivery man was very nice to carry so much food up 3 flights of stairs. Pizza Hut has Always been one of my famiys Favorites.
Please pay attention to the details in the order. I ordered 1 med. full pepperoni and 1 med. half sausage. I received 1 med. Half pepperoni and 1 med. Half sausage. Basically got a cheese pizza and a half sausage & pepperoni. Called several time never spoke to any one.
I ordered the mix match Pastas. The delivery person was cheerful and very professional. The food was nice and hot and delicious. Thank you very much. I will definitely order from this store again.
Sometimes you just want pizza hut! This place makes good on that promise. Everything was just as we ordered. Very friendly gentleman at the front.
Pizza came cold, burnt, it was 1 hour and 35 min to get it. This is the 2nd time this happened and we will never order from pizza hut again. All they want to do is give you credit or remake the order and wait over a hour again. You have to beg to get a refund. Worst place ever. Service is horrible. I would not recommend pizza hut to anyone.
When I picked up my order, the lady at the counter was very nice. Great customer service. Plus my pizza order was nice and hot. I will order from here again.
Last night I specifically ordered a Large Stuffed Crust pizza with extra marinara sauce. I was told that it would be cool n my pizza box along with my cheese shaker (the pepper shaker was not packed with anything and just thrown into the delivery bag.) I opened my pizza box to find a cheese shaker, but instead of the expected two cups of marinara (one for the pizza and one extra) I found zero. No marinara was included in my order at all. Please double-check all orders, it made my experience less enjoyable last night because of this.
My most recent delivery marks the second time I selected contactless delivery only for my order to be placed directly on my welcome mat without the doorbell being rung. This resulted in my food being left on the ground for fifteen to twenty minutes before I checked and found if sitting there half cold due to a lack of notification.
