I never had any issue in the past,but lately as I was going to get pizza, Jemal Afshar is very disrespectful,. as I was going to get pizz there was two more kids with him they were read to fight! They dosn't deserve to be at pizza hut or anywhere else to work.The manager is already aware of the previous situation and still keeping these harmful and rude kids.they just make up lie story like real .This happened for the second time and I had to call 911 for them around 9:00 pm on may /24/2022
Do not, use this location, it will send you confirmation of your order quickly, then even go as far as telling you its on the way, then another one that tells you to call the store, when you reach the store the say brief hold, that brief hold started at 755pm I finally hung up at 1235am. If there was negative stars to choose I'd pick -5 ✨️
Ordered delivery and waited a hour and a half then I called to see what was going on I was told they were closed and got hung up on I went to the location they were laughing and taking orders I went in to get my pizza wings soda and cheese stick it was all cold and burned wings were wings and they didn’t have and sodas. After spending $50 I was giving a $25 coupon to “make it right” don’t order from this location
Our pizza was shifted to one side of the box & smashed up. No return phone call to rectify situation. Terrible customer service. Complete runaround treatment. They have no respect for consumers!
I Ordered food online . They keep putting me on hold. They can’t answer me when my pizza is ready. The app says delivery 8pm and I ordered an hour ago. There stealing from me . As you can see… the app stuck in order status
00000 Stars! Ordered at 7:30pm and pizza never came. Called store and asked for management. Sat on hold 2x for 10 minutes. Drove to store and it was CLOSED!!! So mad!!!!
We haven't had Pizza Hut in .... jeez .... at least 10 years. We picked a stuffed crust up tonight & it was pretty darn good. Pepperoni was yummy, stuffed crust good, wish cooked extra, but overall we'd pick up again. Nice surprise.The kids there were nice & Patrick was sure to say his name & agreed the pizza was beautiful....lol.
Would give negative stars.1. My pizza didn't have sauce (one of the first things you are asked for in the app)2. The dough was paper thin and burnt, the cheese was very crunchy (asked for stuffed crust)3. The delivery person tried to walked off without giving me 10 dollars worth of change (my order was $20.90) When I asked for my change he offered me 5 dollars.This was highly unacceptable! I did not order close to closing. Why was everything so terrible?
Used to buy pizza from this location using the app pretty frequently. Now the app just gives me an error every time when I try to check out. Tried calling the store to inquire on this & they just transferred me to (????). Was on hold for another 10 minutes & the line disconnected.
The delivery time was better than expected and the quality of the pizza was phenomenal. Great job Pizza Hut and delivery person!!
