Super chill team. Went in for a NY style cheese and there was a mishap with the pizza (not their fault) they made me a new one and gave me a dessert for my trouble. Manager is awesome, and ever time i go in there the team is great.

The kidd that took my order was Hella rude then I'm standing there waiting for my order that was in the oven still, owww wait it's on the shelf getting cold and my papadia, Was supposed to have been Parmesan crusted and wasn't!!!!The kidd didn't even get my order right!!!!

Decent services. You can tell they're overworked and understaffed but still doing the best they can. Yet they still get the orders right and are quick about it. I give them credit for that.

Sometimes they don't do order right but lauren the manger always takes care of me she should be g m it all depends who's working night crew sucks so I have to give 4 star for Lauren I just saw pic I hope this guy did not make my pizza disturbing

Ordered online for carry out.The app glitches most of the time saying that the pizza is ready. When I come inside they say the pizza is still in the oven.Pizza was good. But knowing how it was prepared didn’t really help to enjoy that dinner.Some employees probably shouldn’t work there. Like this guy on the picture which is laying his head on the pizza preparation table and has his hair either right on top of someone’s pizza or right by it.

Fresh and good food but dang over an hout wait and kinda hectic and chaotic during pick up!

Worst customer service. Got our 4 pizza order wrong. Didn’t give us the sauces we paid extra for but took time to seal and empty box and tell us sauce was in it. When I went back in I made them open the seal for themselves. The manager did nothing about it…We did get the sauces we paid for upon returning.

It’s really unfortunate that employees do not use common sense any longer. We ordered our pizza from this place and part of our order was left out. When I called for it the girl on the other end was rushing to get me off the phone. When I was told it will be about 25 minutes for rest our order to get to us, I waited to see if they were going to offer anything since most pizza restaurants, actually any restaurants, will give you something as an apology. When I asked, the girl said, “Well what else do you want me to do for you?” I immediately asked her if that was the right way to handle the situation. She proceeded to have her manager talk to me and the manager basically said the exact same question with the exact same unprofessional tone. We order from Papa Johns almost every other week because of the same experience we had with Domino’s. Now we are no longer ordering from either of them.
