Ordered 1 large pizza, wings and cheese stick at 7:20 PM and waited till at 8:15PM. Didnt get pizza so, called the store to check the status. Store staff told that driver left the store at 8:09PM. Waited another 15 mins because my house is about 3 mins away from the the store. Of course didnt get my pizza. Called the store again to make sure that the driver is left the store but at the same time while i was on the phone with store staff, the driver called my brother and said that he is leaving the store right now. My brother asked the driver what takes so long to deliver the pizza when store staff told me that the driver left the store at 8:09PM. Then driver start yelling at my brother see if he want his pizza or not. So, I took the phone from my brother to talk to driver but the driver hung up on me and when i called him back did not pick up so, i called again but he answered and hung up right away. Of course i talked to the store manager and got the driver’s name and refund on my order. Tomorrow morning i will call the headquarter of the company. I wish that google has negative rating system such as -1 to -5 stars then my pick will be -5 stars.
My first order was late. The crust had the consistency of rubber, and difficult to chew. Topping coverage is sparse. They sent my a coupon for a free large 2 topping pizza. Again this 2nd order the topping coverage is sparse. Crust has the consistency of shoe leather and is a jaw workout .
I ordered 2 pizzas and wings to be delivered and was tracking it online. When it said delivered, I checked and my food was no where to be seen. I called and the driver answered and confirmed 3 times he had the right apartment number, knocked, and dropped the food off. He then gave the phone to the POC I’m assuming and they offered to remake the pizzas and send them out. It took them an hour and a half to be delivered and not only was there no wings but the pizza was cold and not what I ordered. When he dropped them off he told my boyfriend where he went, and it was not my apartment number. Very disappointed and hoping to get my money back.
My absolute favorite pizza for the price. And it's hot out of the oven. I always add extra toppings at home. Making exactly the way I want it. More cheese!?

I was multi tasking and dealing with my little ones ( the life of a mom) .... On top of that I temporarily lost my wallet that I previously had right before she answered the phone. Lol ? She was professional & understanding through it all. Thanks so much for your help today. You were the hightlight of my morning! ( wish we had more people like her in general). It was a pleasure . This was an hour and a half that has went by after my initial first called. After the call I waited 20 more minutes until I had enough. Call back the second time to canceled. Best to just do carry out. For delivery terrible service.

For the last 2years this restaurant has been my Friday Pizza night dinner order and the pizza would be ready in 15-20minutes waiting time; Today I made my regular 2Thin crust Pizza, topping with Pineapple and cheese; I ordered at 6:23pm till 8:32pm. Exactly 3hrs 9minutes. Very disappointed.
I've ordered from them 5 times in the last year, they manage to cut it poorly, AND NEVER BRING THE RANCH I ORDERED, I'm going to start ordering ranch, just ranch, to see if they can possibly show up with nothing.
