The last few times I have gone in I have noticed two gentlemen helping out with passing out orders. Today I went in and they were full of smiles and just such a happy demeanor. They gave off such positive vibes and interacted with the customers putting a smile on their faces, mine included. Being someone that has worked in the customer service industry for a few years, this is exactly what is needed. People who strive to make other peoples' days. Especially in the world we live in today! So thank you to the two guys whom I did not catch their names. You are much appreciated!
I’ve had two bad experiences with the Kent Panera within this past week. I normally go to the Federal Way and it’s always been a good experience. On the 22 of April 2022 I ordered a Strawberry Poppy Seed fruit salad. It came with no poppy seed dressing no dressing at all. Today I ordered a Ceasar chicken salad it came with Greek Goddess dressing no shaved cheese just chicken , romaine lettuce and a few croutons. The first time I spoke with the manager who said there was nothing he could do as I had ordered through Door Dash. How about training your salad prep people and the person who signs off that it was double checked !!! Will not use this Panera again!!!
They're a little expensive but absolutely delicious. I like the freshness of their ingredients. My favorite dish is the brocolli soup. I could eat that all day! They also do well with their fresh fruits.Service is good too. The gentleman that helped me bring my plates to our table was fantastic & very interactive & engaged with customers.
We ordered quite a few things and they were delicious and all in the bag when we got home! My friend didn't know you could get bread bowls to go, so now you know if you didn't:)
We were serve by Isabella (according to our receipt). I tried their hot tea and a bear claw. Both were delicious.
I like the taste of food but today I found a bug in my cold chicken sandwich and it was so disappointing
Took forever to EVEN take my order, at least 7 minutes before I was helped which made me late for my appointment. Then I was trying trying my hardest to eat to make it to my appointment and the staff had the nerve to ask me to help them lift objects for their job????? If you are in a hurry and need quick service, don't go here.
Had a good breakfast experience. The associates are helpful and accommodating. Not overcrowded when visited.
Have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally by a member of staff before at any Panera until this one. They will never get another cent of my money.
I’ve always had good service at Panera. Thursday night went in to place an order to pick up on Friday morning. Was told needed to do it on-line, okay. Placed an ordered for a couple of sandwiches was asked if I had a Panera card. Explained that my wallet was stolen with my card in it. She gave me a new card to activate online. The only problem I only have on email address could not activate the card because the email was taken. Of course it was.
