A family member recommended this place so I ordered Jalebi for the party from here. Firstly, terrible customer service from the owners grand kids who needs to learn phone etiquette. Hardly anyone's answers the phone. Hangs up while you are still talking. Secondly, Jalebi was like one to 2 weeks old. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS. PATHETIC!! I should have read the reviews before ordering. I don't recommend this place.
The people working at the store are not responsive to all customers equally and behave in partial and probably racist ways. They give precedence to people of specific region and largely ignore others. When prompted for response, some are nasty to customers
It was my first time trying their chole bhature and it was amazing the bhatures weren’t havey and was easy to eat also easy to disgust lol would highly recommend going there.
If I can I would give them less than a star. But the uncle that makes the sweets is very nice. His kids that run the front end of the shop need a wake up call on customer service. If another place opens next to them and sells nothing but two items, and has better Customer service I would go there. They are as rude as they come. Over priced.
We always go there for sweets. They have awesome sweets, we love it. But The workers there doesnot know what customer service is. The server is always rude and we had some issues with overcharging than actual display amount. We tried gol ghappe there one time and that was a mistake. Worse gol ghapee ever. I hope they read the reviews and work in their customer service skills.
We went to buy some Indian sweets today and asked the guy for half a paund but he refused saying we had to buy full paund or nothing. There should be a option to purchase a half pound. Instead you are forced to buy a pound. Very rude individual and poor service.
WOW- Super Customer Service and even better sweet treats. This was my first time eating any Indian sweets. I had a craving for sweets and stopped by. I plan on returning!
I ordered Aloo Tiki's from this restaurant and had the WORST experience ever. Their customer service and quality of food was awful and one of the roughest services I experienced. I took the food home and immediately noticed that the food was drowned in salt. I called the restaurant to notify them about this and drove back there to return the food and requested for a new batch. Upon arrival the owner catered with terrible customer service and said it was my fault that I do not consume high amounts of salt in my food. I continued to tell him that it was impossible to consume these with how much salt was in them and that they are not normally made this way. He then proceeded to say in our native language (Punjabi) "We make hundreds of Tiki's everyday and no one complains. Get out of here, we do not want customers like you here" and threw the money in front of the table to me. It was a simple salt complaint that I had reported to them with a positive attitude which turned out to be my mistake for "not being able to consume ridiculous amounts of salt". This was one of the most unacceptable encounters that I have experienced.
My daughter ordered 1 lb of sweets they gave her 0.8 lb and charged her for whole lb and disputed that the amount charged may include tax which was not the case. Food was not good either. I would stay away. They don’t know what is customer service.
I gave this place a 1 star 3 years ago.Service was trash back then. I felt like they didn’t want me there.3 stars now. They really seem to be moving in a better direction.
