When you walk into Covington MOD Pizza, expect to be greeted with a smile. I've had only good experiences here

I’ve been to many different Mod’s but what makes this one stand out are the employees, especially Nick in particular. I came in while the employees were caught up in a rush of online orders, and Nick was still so personable and treated us as if we were the only customers of the day. He was engaging and even asked if we had any allergies to any items which truly made me feel like a guest not just another customer or number. Truly the greatest Mod experience I’ve ever had and it was solely due to Nick and his crew. 10/10 will be back ??

The pizzas where awesome. This one was spicy but good. I try to make it right so nothing goes wrong and it worked perfectly. I am at least trying to. Good food. The people here are nice. I like everything here that can be trustworthy and that is what this place is.

Really good pizza. All pizzas can be customized to whatever you want. The crust are nice and thin and the toppings are fresh. The red sauce is very good and the mozzarella is super good.

I ordered online and my food was waiting for me when I got there, I had a slight wait before someone was able to direct me to where my food was but it was sitting on a wire rack that I had access to, so maybe I was supposed to just walk in and grab it I don't know really but I got it after about two min of waiting and it tasted good at a reasonable price.

I was asked to prove vaccination status and then told to leave. There were no other customers in the store. This is getting old. Guess I won't eat MOD pizza again until this ridiculous golden flu craze passes over. If the government starts making people prove they don't have heart disease before they eat fast food or purchase alcohol I guess Ill see some sense in what's going on. Sorry MOD Pizza. I know it's not your fault.

Absolutely bad service. Every time I order online and I show up to pick it up I have to wait 15-20 minutes. Today I ordered 2 hours in advance and still waited 15 minutes. nothing to do with the staff, they are hard workers. It's about corporate greed and how their online order system takes more orders than the staff can handle. It's that simple.

Great pizza & great crew. I only give it a 4 star because the crew deserves MORE!! They work so hard with online orders and in store orders, trying to make all of them perfect for the customers

We started coming to this location years ago, before more of the other south-end locations started popping up. To this day, it is still one of the cleanest and fastest MOD locations in the entire Seattle area. Staff are always friendly, food is always fresh, and the atmosphere is lively. We wish we lived closer to this location!

What a hardworking and fantastic crew. I am only leaving this review to say that management needs to take care of their team and make some changes before they don't have any employees left. I scheduled an online order and didn't leave with my two pizzas until 50 minutes after the quoted time. While waiting for my order I watched as ticket after ticket rolled in uncontrollably for online orders and the staff had no way of controlling or slowing the volume of orders while already drowning.MOD is lucky to have a team of hardworking people who care about their customers. As someone who has been in their position and with 12 years of hospitality and management experience, PLEASE give your team the tools they need to succeed. There is no reason to keep taking online orders when you have a store full of angry customers at peak hours over the dinner rush. This is not only a bad experience for your customers, but your poor employees are the ones on the front lines apologizing for the unbelievably long wait times and mistakes made when they are frantically trying to keep up with the business volume. We all know everyone is lacking grace and understanding for workers in the hospitality industry in this unprecedented time and whoever is in charge of accepting online orders could make a huge difference for your team by managing this properly so that your team doesn't have to endure the horrible trainwreck I witnessed this evening.
