Workers were amazing customer service was outstanding we have never been there it was my first time with my good friend Suzie and the workers just walked us through everything that is what we needed to do how we did it like I said customer service was amazing they really trying here although they only had five people working they still made it happen I did one notice that one guy had snapped his finger with one of the lids look like you got in the plastic cup I said it didn’t puncture him to where blood came out but don’t know didn’t see blood but I questioned it I didn’t notice that employees were having to do different kinds of jobs I didn’t notice no gloves are being used but like I said customer service was amazing
Very great pizza! I love that you can put as many toppings on for just one low price. Service was great. It was very hot in the restaurant so maybe they should use AC.
My go to lunch place that is walking distance to my work. Quality and quantity of the pizza toppings has improved. Pretty much on the dot with regards to ordering online. There are times the online ordering site is unavailable for the Kent Station restaurant. But it is not the people working at the restaurant's fault if online ordering is not available.
This place had a nice atmosphere, good food, and the employees were really nice. I've never been to a mod pizza, so this was a good experience. The restaurant was clean and had good ambiance, the pizza was hot and fresh, and the employees helped me when I didn't know what to do. I will definitely be going back.
Not too busy because of friendly fast staff. Code locks on bathroom is not an ideal feel but they are single occupancy so it seems necessary. They were nice about it.

We came to MOD pizza with my in laws (all 11 of us) before a Thunderbirds game. They were packed and their lines constantly out the door.There were 4 people (Steven/Stephen the manager, Aria, Tesha, and John) and they absolutely rocked it. They were efficient, thorough, checked vaccination cards, cheerful, polite, and other positive words I can't think of in a hectic shift. Me and my family were very impressed and I hope this store recognizes how diligent these employees are with their work ethic.You all rocked it.
They accidentally only charged us for 2 out of 4 pizzas that we ordered. When we brought this to their attention, they insisted that it was okay and that we did not need to pay for the other 2 pizzas then thanked us for our honesty.
Good food and a friendly staff, first time modder and I enjoyed it.
