We had ordered a cheeseburger two medium french fries & a filet o fish with extra tartar sauce & pickles. We got all our food correct which was great, the only thing I was disappointed with was the fish should have had a steamed bun however maybe there was an issue with the steamer. The fries were hot however could have used a little more salt. All in all it was a good visit & the workers were polite & used the two part open & close.
Fast food organizations are very much the same. Fast service mostly friendly but from time to time you always find a bad Apple.
I have no car, and do NOT trust drivers when standing in the drive thru, I wanted to "dine in" but can't find one to go in to. I had only 1dollar on me to get anything, so I got a soda, tried to get the app. To get some fries, but it wouldn't catch the wifi, and the cashier would not accept that I was trying, and only gave me a drink, with a side of miss AS RUDE AS SHE CAN BE!!!!! I already feel like shiz from being homeless, don't need judgement from the drive--thru gal.
Pretty sure they just threw the ingredients at the box instead of making my Big Mac. Sucks because it's not something you should eat often, so it should be worth it when you do.
So far so good. Haven't had any issues with food orders or with staff. Drive thru was pretty fast.
Probably the worst food you can get as far as your health goes but as far as convenience it's alright with curbside and delivery.
Burger was dry and has no flavor, salad was old. Please do better
Used the drive-thru, wasn't busy at all. Got our order, but since there were a couple cars behind us we pulled up to check our bag for the correct order. We noticed two of our burgers missing, so we continued back through the drive-thru. We pulled up to the second window and told the same employee that gave us our food, that we were missing two of our burgers. She claimed she knows she put them in there. We gave her our receipt and stated, they were not in there. While continuing to claim she put them in there, I pulled EVERYTHING out of my bag so she could see then showed her the empty bag. Again, still claiming she put it in there proceeded to go grab them. She did not apologize or admit to being wrong, she just chuckled and kept claiming she was right. I am not a liar, cheater or going to steal. Especially two $1, $2 or $3 menu items. I just want what I paid for without being accused of lying. We spent a lot of money, all I wanted was what I paid for without being questioned or accused of anything. The least the girl could have done was apologize. I have never in my life experienced this, especially at a McDonald's. This is probably why I don't come to this location, nor will I again.
I agree with out poster, I’ve had plenty of incorrect orders but they seem to have gotten better. The young gentleman that is working an upper management position is such a sweetheart and always puts extra Oreo in my mcflurries. He doesn’t pile it all on top either, he actually does it right by putting some at the bottom. Anyway…..good job guys!
Meats the experience and the value that I've come to expect from McDonald's. Nothing really stands out as good or bad rather better or worse than other McDonald's but it's a solid value for the money.
