There’s definitely some major issues with this McDonald’s. Several months ago, I ordered a Quarter Pounder via curbside pickup and took it home for my husband. In hindsight, I probably should have checked the entire order before leaving. When my husband opened the box, he realized that the burger was missing the bottom bun, with the cheese stuck to the bottom of the box!It’s also not uncommon to receive burnt McNuggets every time we go, though today was the last straw: my husband placed a mobile order for 2 4-piece McNuggets and received it via curbside pickup. He checked the bag and saw he had received the items he ordered, so he didn’t see an immediate issue. However, when my daughter opened the 2 boxes, one box was filled with some mysterious sauce (tartar maybe?) At this point, I have no faith left in this particular McDonald’s. There’s always an issue with the order no matter how simple. I guarantee you that if you order a Happy Meal from this place, by the time you receive it it will be an Unhappy Meal!
So disappointed. Ordered 2 McDonald's no cheese add tomatoes (mind u to add to 2 sandwiches that's $1) and got 2 seemingly old McDonald's with cheese and nothing else...not even what's suppose to come on it. And they sure are good at avoiding the front counter when a customer is there with a bag clearly trying to get their order fixed...heard them joking about it even. They finally came to the counter after the cust behind me left and I let them know they were losing customers by avoiding the counter.

Went there last night and I was the only one in the drive thru. They had me wait many times while doing other things. They then took my order and seemed annoyed that I was using a drive thru code. Everyone acted very annoyed that they had to work and that I was interrupting something. I got home and realized my coke was completely flat. I called them about the issue and they didn't care and when I pushed they said I could come back and get another drink choice. The fires were old and my big Mac was thrown together so badly. I tried calling this morning to speak to the store manager, but the phone keeps hanging up. Worse service.
The food was prepared as ordered however since the pandemic why is it acceptable that customer service is out the window, no greeting when I picked up my food, it’s like we are cattle. What happened to the human connection? The wait times are literally out the window hire more people.
The bun on every sandwich ordered was literally hard, and everything was cold despite the order being prepared and delivered within an 8 minute window, and on top of that they gave me the wrong drink and didnt give me my icecream (to be fair they wrote a note saying the ice cream machine was broken.)Edit: I drove to the McDonald's myself to get the sandwhiches replaced and despite the friendly person at the window assuring me she had watched them make the replacements and they were fresh, all of the sandwhiches were lukewarm at best and they somehow managed to forget a patty on my double cheeseburger, they put 2 pieces of cheese but 1 patty. To top it off they forgot to give me my drink.
Every time I’ve came here the customer service is very poor, just plan rude people. The parking lot is always trashed with garbage. The food is always cold and never made to order. Apparently now it closed after 10 to the public IT IS NOT 24HRS. This place is a joke. I usually give them a chance once a year, every time it’s worse.
Poor customer service! Products not made right! We had to actually call them in the back on the telephone to get customer service in the lobby our double was a single, and the beloved spicy chicken had no sauce no lettuce or tomato and one pickle. We were on the road with no time to go next time we chose a real McDonald's
This store usually has cold food items. My orders are always incorrect. Tonight I got 3 out of 4 burgers, no bacon on any of them and old ice cold fries. The wait was tonight with 4 cars ahead of me was 30 minutes and only seemed to be one or two people in the whole building. I tried to call but the line is off the hook and had been busy all night. I bet to many complaints are coming in as well.
This particular McDonalds is rude and sometimes can’t get the orders right. The woman manager is extremely rude and will not honor the McDonalds menu prices that are posted if it totals up at the former regular prices. This is not the first time with my displeasure here. There have been many issues over the years with this restaurant since the current owners had taken over this franchise.
