Wish I could rate zero stars, got yelled at in the drive thru for using a new law that allows all four wheeled vehicles in the drive thru. If I hadn't gotten my two cheese burgers I would have called the police and get this place shutdown for violating multiple codes. Both employees and customers at this location will be mean to you, so definitely not a location for the light hearted

When ordering make sure they have What you ordered or you will be sitting out side for 20min. and don’t call because the manager on duty is rude with no sense of customer service.

It would be nice if they had a bigger sign on the building that said the dining room was closed. You have to park your car and walk up to the entrance door to see the sign that the dining room is closed.

I just want to express my gratitude for the employees at this location. The lady behind me at the drive thru tonight was having a certified McMeltdown and I gotta counter that with a big thanks for all the many times I’ve received great service at this location.

Consistently decent service, milkshakes are good but always missing a flavor

Man this McDonald's is the absolute worst at remembering details for your meal....3 out of the 4 times I ordered here I had to turn back and tell them they made my food wrong then it's always a extra 15-20 min wait for me to get a redone order. The manager has a attitude just like the workers and this place needs to higher people that have the morality to care about getting people food right.

I ordered on the mobile app it took my money out of my account and when I got up to the paying part they said I had to pay when I already had through the app. I talked to the manager he was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Not only did I have to pay twice, they also messed up my order. If I could give this McDonald's a 0 star rating I would.

It's frustrating that you see online that Breakfast ends at 11am at this Kent location, and you get in line to be told Breakfast ended at 10:30am...then you are stuck with a bunch of cars, who you hear are wanting breakfast also. Either correct when your breakfast ends online, or just change it to end at 11am...30 minutes different is not a big deal. 10:30am is too early for hamburgers anyway.

Don't order through a food delivery app. Because you are not present they don't provide acceptable customer service. They are lazy And very sloppy with their food presentation.

The people that work here are incredibly rude. We ordered a bottled water with meal, they gave us the wrong drink and tried to refuse giving us bottle water when we showed reciept. After finally getting the right drink they refused to take the wrong one back and said we had toreceipt. And she refused to throw it away. We ended up leaving the drink in the drive thru while she gave us dirty looks and refused to take the drink back that we didn't have room to put in the car. Somebody was clearly having a bad day ?
