They are Fast, efficient, order is always correct, very professional, and food is always hot, why do they work here? But also, thank you!
A place where you order a caramel Frappuccino and they tell you the machine is broke then just when you go to pick your other order the customer behind you orders the same Frappuccino and gets it. Really! 4/15/222 @ 1020hours

If you got to this location expect two things:1 - Long Lines2 - Order issues (Always ask for your receipt)I've never gone to this location and gotten my order right. Always check your receipt and the bags before driving off. It's an absolute mess at this place.
Went in at 6am this morning to get some breakfast the front door was unlocked and before I made it to the counter I was told their lobby doesn't open up until 11am. Corporate has been called as this is totally unacceptable and as I told them I was judged due to having my backpack. Hopefully all the managers read this and think when they act to customers
False advertisement. On top of giving me the wrong drink this is water down it tastes straight water Manager and employees were rude and uncooperative

Today, after picking up my son from school and also having my daughter with me, I had to go to work for an emergency issue that needed to be fixed. I stopped at this McDonald's and nobody in the drive thru. I waited and waited and another car went into the other lane and was helped right away, so I wasn't already happy. I ordered what I had though was there new spicy chicken sandwich and two happy meals. I told them my displeasure while paying and ignored. She didn't even say anything.I recieved my food and as I was leaving, I noticed that my chicken sandwich was not the correct chicken sandwich, it was a McCracken. So I go back to the drive-thru and they told me to 2nd window. Then the fun began, the car in front of me took forever while the person taking the money talked, talked, talked to the car while holding their money. This must have lasted 5 minutes, long enough the car behind me left. Finally I get up to the 2nd window and I told them they didn't give the correct sandwich and she, who must have been the Manager on duty, says well you didn't say "crispy" spicy chicken sandwich. She said it like I should have known the difference, then turns her back on me and walks away, comes back and said that it would be another $2.50, which I paid without issue.While waiting, I realized my kids happy meals was also missing both their apple slices, which they also gave to me.A 5 minute stop on the way to work, turned into a 25 minute ordeal
I was doing DoorDash and they were definitely still taking people’s money and excepting orders and then just not answering I had like three orders in a row I had to decline because they just wouldn’t answer whenever I got there to try to get the food, pretty nasty
Not open 24 hours a day. Yet you can order on the mobile app at 4:30 am just to drive there for absolutely nothing to happen because they’re still closed.
