Maggie's on the Meeker, a true homegrown type of family owned establishment. Right in the center of the Historical part of Kent. Just recent had the opportunity to go in and have a late little breakfast. I ordered only the breakfast sandwich. English muffin, with fried egg, sausage patty, and cheddar cheese. With a cup of great "Farmers" the brand of Coffee. Sure it was a cup for $2.89 but they did keep filling the cup, and kept checking to make sure my cup was full. ☕? I really enjoyed my first visit, would love to return soon.
I went to Maggie's this past Father's Day. I really enjoyed my breakfast. Maggie's on Meeker is a great old school dining option. Great traditional diner favorites like biscuits and gravy, chicken fried steak, and all different types of omelettes. No frills and great diner food. Easy to find in old town Kent on Meeker. Plenty of parking in the area.
My wife and I went there this past Saturday morning for breakfast. It was the first time that we had ever eaten there. The restaurant was clean and provided space for social distancing while eating. The two waitresses who served us during the meal were each professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful.My wife and I each had the porker quiche and fresh fruit cup. The quiche was really good ?! The fruit was fresh and had just the right amount of ripeness.We had a very nice, enjoyable dining experience and plan to return again.
We are so happy to have found Maggie's. Our other family breakfast place closed and we discovered Maggies. We love their breakfasts. I love their french toast. My husband likes their corned beef hash. The bacon is thick, not the thin stuff many establishments use. We look forward to trying other items on the menu. The staff is amazing. Great service. Oh and the peanut butter cookies are to die for.
I love Maggie's RestaurantLove the people that work at this restaurant! Everyoneis so kind! Helpful!!! The cooks are nice and friendly & the food is so good! My favorite is there meatloaf I order two order sides of it on Saturday! Its the best I'm a regular customer. Very happy one! ???♀️?
I had their home made corned beef hash, soooo delicious!!! My hubby had eggs benedict and said they were great . Food arrived fast and hot. Would definitely recommend!!
Excellent food, great service. Breakfast selection is awesome, try the Homemade Hash....Patty, our server was very pleasant and offered fabulous friendly service. It is my new breakfast place they serve lunch too.
Best brunch spot in town. Their sliced tomatoes are the bomb.
First time here in many years because it's always so busy that you can't get in. We went on a week day and got right in. The food is diner- like, but was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly with suggestions. They are not open for dinner, have been in downtown Kent for at least 15 years and has a great following.
great breakfast, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff....loved their biscuits and gravy....a nice place to meet friends at and catch up over a meal
