I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled. The store always seems understaffed, busy, and behind. Ordering through the app does not guarantee your order will be ready on time or accurate. The employees are nice, considerate, and appear to be hard-working. But it always feels like no one is in charge or managing the chaos. If you don't mind driving down the hill, the 110 Washington Ave N location in Kent runs like clockwork. I would recommend that location instead.
Ordered a pizza online through the Little Ceasars website and was informed my Doordash order would arrive at 5:09pm. I didn't order through Doordash but I guess they use it automatically? ?♀️ My driver texted me a few minutes after the supposed delivery time saying he took a wrong turn so I told him no problem and asked him if he now knew where he was going. No answer. I checked the tracking url I was given and it said the driver was heading back to the store and my pizza would now be delivered at 5:40. I tried calling the store many times, no one answered and when I tried texting the driver I got no response. At 5:30 I got a text saying my pizza would arrive at 5:09 AGAIN. ?Finally at 5:50 my pizza is delivered and I asked since it was over a half hour late if it was still hot and the driver told me he was just waiting for them to make it and he didn't know. Needless to say, it was NOT even warm.
This place has gone to the dump. I've been a customer for over 20 years. Customer service is garbage starting about 12 years ago. The pizzas are sloppily made. There are never any hot and ready pizzas during the hours they should be. The workers don't take pride in what they do. And for some reason they expect the customers to be fluent in Spanish. Go over to Papa Murphy's if you want to be satisfied and treated like a paying customer.
We've been getting Italian cheesy bread for years and today it's not on the menu. And if they could push the pizza closer to the Portal window when it's on the next to bottom it would alleviate having to bend way over.
My traditional order is the extra most bestest because I find LC traditional pizza a bit bland and cardboardy. Twice now I've gotten it from this location and been very disappointed because it looked and tasted like their traditional pizza. Today I took it back and the guy admitted he gave me the traditional instead and cooked me up a new one. The problem is that while the new one had more pepperoni it was short on cheese and sauce making it only slightly better than the first one, These things are supposed to be messy and tasty as hell when they're fresh but I could barely taste the difference. I'm not coming back to this LC.
I usually order for delivery now but when I go in to pick up my order, I don't have any issues with anything. They're pretty fast. Not usually a line unless it's rush hour.
Slowest service ever! Put in an online order, and over 45 minutes later (with standing inside for 30 minutes) still no pizza. It was just 1 pizza, and 5 employees.
Stopped in for some breadsticks which were made and ready to go and tasted delicious! Quick and easy… Only docked 1 star because I thought it was worth mentioning that the gentleman who helped me wasn’t wearing a mask which I think is pretty much required in every retail situation right now, especially involving food ??♂️??♂️
Tried ordering for takeout and the woman that picked up the call was very rude. It was very obvious she wanted to end the call immediately. When my dad tried picking up the order, she flat out ignored him so we ended up going somewhere else.
You think with all of the events that have occurred with covid, and omicron, people would take good precautions to prevent the spread of the virus. I was very disappointed seeing three female workers working without their masks on nor with gloves on. I asked kindly, if I could recieve a refund or atleast for the ladies to wear masks and wear gloves. The cashier said he could do nothing, but to tell the ladies to wear a mask. Did they? No, and mocked us.. Its funny really, we hear the stories of people misteating workers because they did not wanting to wear masks in resturants, stores, and in public transportation. One of the ladies said "So what? Our boss tells us nothing!.... What do you want me to do about it if we don't have gloves!" That's being careless, and disrespectful to the people who have died during the pandemic. I am very disappointed. All I can say is "Drown in your own pool of guilt."
