Wonderful customer service. While waiting for my order to be made I had the pleasure to listen to the gentleman at the counter greet everyone who arrived and have conversation with everyone. I loved the mom n pop experience and did not mind the wait.Only downfalls:Portion size for price on shrimp tempura&Sweet Sour Chicken was ketchup tasting. Just not how I thought should taste. Will Definitely be back here again. Wonderful food.

We get broccoli chicken and beef and taste more like teriyaki... too much sauce in it

Second time tonight I had to order diner from here. First of all, I paid for priority (10-15 min) and still had to wait almost an hour for my food. Second, that wouldn’t have been as aggravating if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s the second time I had to order a dish because they got it wrong. My husband is allergic to sesame and in both times of ordering general Tao chicken he gets honey sesame. But conveniently, neither the driver nor the restaurant are to blame for the fact that he could have died due to simple carelessness. I wish I could say this was the first time, but alas it’s not. Thanks to the associate who answered the phone call and laughed at me fanning responsibility and the driver getting mad at me for questioning if he could do anything…my family won’t order from here again. And the think, all of this could have been avoided when simple sorry could have sufficed.

This place is sub-standard. I wouldn't feed this stuff to my dog. Totally disgusting. At one time this was my go to teriyaki place. The decline of this place is disappointing. I have witnessed it slowly spinning around the toilet bowl. Would someone just flush it down along with it food? The current proprietors don't have a clue how to run a business. They just seem to know how to F up what was a good place. They are rude and the food is disgusting. Also overpriced.

Placed an online order last night and food was okay now here are the problems.1. Order was not even close to correct and received something else.2. The food was way over cooked and dry.3. Over 12 hours have past since leaving a voice-mail and still no returned call.I would avoid this place in the future considering how customer's orders are not accurate or cooked correctly. You would think for almost $50 the food would be great.

Ordered and delivered via Uber Eats. Delivered timely. Unfortunately the restaurant failed to send any form of utensils. Food looks and smells great, wish I had utensils to try it.

First time dining here, but our food was good. My wife had sushi and I had the Asian burrito which I never heard or seen before, but was very good and would have it again. But the fella that took our order was not good at fillowing simple instructions when we asked to have something held from the order, but ended up with it anyway.

I only have one experience to go by but the rice was crunchy almost, uncooked. The teriyaki sauce was the consistency of water. But customer service was better then most teriyaki places I visit .loll :( also made my girlfriend sick.

I've eaten at this place a few times, first two were alright. Wasn't a fan of the steamed cabbage. The pot stickers are always good, but any chicken items have been very dry and unedible. Like, so dry you can't swallow or chew on it. I won't be ordering again and wouldn't recommend this place for fresh, crunchy tender chicken. Lesson learned, stop spending $50 bucks on Uber eats and make my own food...

I feel bad for this place. They have, overall, terrible reviews. I ordered here because the teriyaki place I usually go to was closed. I ordered beef teriyaki on DoorDash for damn near $30 with an add on of extra teriyaki sauce and salad dressing. The extra teriyaki sauce was just thrown in on the beef and was extremely thick and salty. The extra dressing I ordered was not included nor was any salad dressing. Half of the beef was thin and salty, almost like beef jerky; the rest of the beef was thick shavings—almost like there was two different batches in my order. If you want to charge $18 a plate for beef teriyaki, you have to sell a decent product.
