Waited an hour for Uber eats and my chicken tender was pink couldn’t eat it and they forgot my gravy for the mashed potatoes. I had reordered my mashed potatoes and gravy and called and asked for a replacement gravy to be sent with it and they said yes but again no extra gravy was sent
This is not only the worst KFC, this is the worst fast food restaraunt EVER ! I do alot of traveling all over the country n this is the WORST I've ever been to. They should burn it down the service is so bad.
Worst service ever unprofessional to the consumer still have not opened up lobby for the consumer no one wears mask inside while working but tell us consumers to mask while in drive thru
Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Seems to be a theme in KFC restaurants now though. Go to Ezell's for Great service and great chicken, it's right around the corner from this location.
Ordered the number 12 chicken sandwich and it was amazing all the meat Just all-around great sandwich!!!!!???
This place was way better before we ordered some food and got it really fast but that must’ve been because the food was sitting for so long because the food was so cold not worth it anddddd the worst was that no napkins
No longer long john silvers at this location! Sad, the only reason I went there because their gravy and mashed taters are bow watery, has been for a few years now... disappointing
I ordered food last night we got the 16 piece meal, ordered 2 pot pies, the spicy chicken sandwich and 6 piece of the Louisiana chicken. When i went to the drive through the guy wasnt paying attention dropped my change 1st and formost took a few minutes to say dont worry about after i put my car in park, pulled the emergency break and took my seat belt off and was about to open my door to get. When i got home the gravy was all over inside the bag and they didn't give us the 6 piece Louisiana. Called today and spoke with Alex and asked if they could give us a gift card in the mail. We dont live any where close to the KFC i specifically drove there. He said no. I could come to him and he would write my name down and I can get the food. I said i dont live near by and roght now gas is super expensive i would rather have a card. He told me to bring all the food back and he would give me the money back as he continued to have an attitute i said this is not customer service and he hung up on me. We spent $81.22. I just want to be remembered for the money spent and the service we received. I will not be returning back to this kfc.
Used the drive thru, we got the new chicken sandwich meals, great deal and good fresh, hot food
One chicken was too dried other than that it's all good.
