I love the sandwiches but like today i order 2 sandwiches 1 coke and 1 chips and they charge me 2x the delivery fee.I asked why they do that and they say its the policy.I always give tips but from now on i will stop giving tips.
i have been a customer of this store for over 1 year and i order over 15 times a month i order always the same and every time the price is different i complain about to the manager but nothing changed. today i order again and the person on phone could not even tell me the total .and the manager came to the phone and say that they are doing me a favor to deliver my order to me i work less than 1 mile from this Jimmy john's . from now on i will stop order from JJ because they are stealing money from the clients.

My absolute favorite sandwich shop. Prices are about equal to Subway with about 10 times the quality.
Average Jimmy John's average service average beverages due to King County Washington rules they didn't want to have people sitting inside the restaurant so they didn't have to deal with asking for vaccine verifications or covid test as everything was take out. I ate outside on the curb and plus it was only like 5 minutes of eating if at that. But the way they put the napkins in the bag made them fall out on the wet ground.
