Very disappointed. Wanted to order for delivery and found out we were out of range. Only a 14 minute (2.8 miles) drive away. Called the location to ask what is there distance range for delivery so I would know for future orders and the man who answered the phone wouldn’t answer my question. Kept asking for my addresses and so I gave it to him and then he said yeah that’s out of our range (which I told him earlier in the conversation that we were out of range and just was wondering what their distance range is) and he asked if I wanted a pick up order and I said no and so he hung up on me. He wasn’t nice at all, didn’t answer my question, and then hung up on me. Very disappointed.
Jimmy John's is the sandwich shop with my #1 favorite bread. Their sandwiches are great, bread is outstanding, and their motto of being "freaky fast" is 100% true. They're like as fast as Taco Bell. I don't even understand how you make a sandwich that fast? It blows my mind haha. I've been to multiple locations and I normally always get friendly service. And the service has been extra friendly and sweet the last couple times I went to this location that I'm leaving this review on.

The best Jimmy John's around. They have a drive thru, and whoever makes my sandwiches makes them so the center of the fold of meat is facing the open edge of the sandwich, so no meat edges are trailing off it. Whoever crafts these for me, thank you for being the only person around here who understands the intricacies of sandwich making
I love Jimmy John's but for this store to constantly get orders right or not be put of things is hard. They were out of pickles for weeks and them gave me the wrong sandwich more than oncep
Okay, so I decided to order something different from my normal #10 Hunters club on a Sunday morning. I decided to try the new Smoking Kicking Chicken sandwich. What a mistake. There is hardly any meat in it & it costs a dollar more than the Hunters Club where you get twice the roast beef. The chicken is not bad but definitely not worth the $10!
I often order ahead with their online system. It's easy and let's you know when you've earned a reward. Easy to customize your order and the tracker lets you know when it's done. Sometimes you'll have a bit of a wait when they're slammed but even with a lineup of a half dozen cars, you're taken care of in their "freaky fast" tradition.
