Excellent customer service
I ordered 2 regular subs for dinner. A Chinese man, the DoorDash delivery person, called me asking where the store was. He couldn't find the store. So he "dropped" our order then someone else picked it up. The 2nd guy was a rockstar. Until I opened up my sandwich & saw the onions & peppers on it. I specifically asked for no onions & no peppers due to allergies. I called the store several times, but the call went straight to a recorded message every time. I drove to the store in the rain. I stated to the store mgr that I was returning my sandwich that was just delivered because it had onions & peppers on it when I asked for none. The Mgr said, I remember your sandwich. I am guessing that my sandwich was given to someone else. The store Mgr remade my sandwich. It was delicious. But if you have allergies, or a specific order, don't order from the Kent Kangley store on a busy Friday night. I am giving 2 stars since my sub was made wrong and I had to return it to the store. Otherwise, the sub was delicious.
I came in right at opening on 3/12 in hopes to get two catering boxes for work and not only were they super fast but delivered a tall order with a great attitude! Loved the customer service and speedy outcome and my team loved the food!

I went in with my girlfriend to get a few sub sandwiches for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised with how good the service was. Skyler and Caleb were both very polite and they explained what came on the sandwiches to us in detail. They both worked quickly and cleanly, and also helped us start a jersey mikes reward account. The restaurant and tables were very clean as well. I would recommend them as a team to any customer!
Ordered lunch from here yesterday, Buffalo chicken sub and came down with severe food poisoning just hours later. Safe to say I won’t be eating from here again. Wouldn’t wish this sickness on anyone!!
We arrive to the Jersey Mike's - there was no line for a pleasant change at around 7:10 pm on a Sunday. Wasn't long before we knew why. The gentleman tending the order was OK. Not a warm welcome, but at least attentive and not dismissive. He cut the bread and passed it over to the sandwich maker and this is where the disbelief started. The tomatoes looked like they'd been out for hours. The lettuce - looked like it was pulled from a garbage can (see accompanying photo). All prepared by a lady that had a uniform on that probably hadn't been washed in a week. Unfortunately, her attitude wasn't any better as she was copping a total attitude. My wife politely asked if they had any fresh lettuce in-house and was told that's all they have and that it was brought in that way. Hungry after the NFC championship game, we had them make the sandwich without lettuce and brought it home for my wife and I to share. Needless to say, I paid for it in more ways than one. After being out the $19.50 for the Giant #9 sub, I was awoken with indigestion at 2 am and threw up a few hours later. Shared my comments with the store, but no reply. Not surprised.
Orders are messed up. Instead a mini size of veggies I got a regular size , instead a regular size meat sandwich I got a mini. No extras were added, though I paid for ☹️Won’t be back!
The counter was a disaster with food, meat slicer had old meat and veggies gathered at the bottom of it. Not clean at all, forever long wait. Drenched sandwich in mustard so bad i couldnt even eat it
Hard for me because we love Jersey Mike’s, but for a second time now I’ve had to drive back for issues with my incorrect sandwich to this location. Hot sandwiches are on a grill where you cannot see it be made and I did not figure to open my entire sandwich after ordering to double check it. Both times I was told I would have to wait, although my order was already paid for and I felt the mistake was not mine. So here I sit in their lobby waiting for my sandwich to be made correctly as other customers are helped and family enjoys their sandwiches at home.
