Made a mobile order of $16 and it didn’t show up on their screen. They refused to make it or give a refund. I showed them the receipt. My credit card was charged. They stole from me
This particular Jack in the box was horrible. The breakfast jack was extremely dry and had a different flavor and the hash browns were not crisp at all. No idea how this two things got so messed up. I also purchased their new donut holes... they were not good either and had to toss it all. First time ever! The one on Rainier in Renton is sooooo much better!!
Please update this Jack in the Box’s hours. It says 24/7 but we just pulled up at 2 am and saw the employees leaving and the drive through corded off. Really frustrating to see a place claim 24/7 and then not be.
Hard working and courteous staff. Victor was patient with me as I waffled between which meal combo to buy, and then he very nicely repeated my order for accuracy.
Went here, asked for Teriyaki bowl but instead of veggies, sub extra rice pls. I get this at almost every store, but i guess i rather get it from a food truck which is better and with less attitude. And attitude is a big one here.......
I was in the area on business and it was pouring down rain and I didn't know where to eat. Only the drive thru was open. It was packed. Got a cheese burger and fries. It was good but not memorable but I don't know that anyone would expect hamburger perfection at a drive thru. It satisfied my hunger.
DONT GO!! They only give old and improper portions in comparison to all other locations around them. Got a "Loaded Chili Cheese Fries" that's supposed to be loaded with cheese and they put one scoop on top only. Dry fries that were wrinkled and fried hours ago AT THE BOTTOM. Then they had the nerve to refuse to fix it, and cast me away threatening to call the cops. The ad says "Extra Cheesy", I can't make this up, look at the photo of the ad.. Cheap broke store and employees giving cheap old broke food. DONT GO. In fact, I'll get someone out here to do a full evaluation with the secret shoppers and internal staffing investigations. This place is too corrupt. I'll make sure this happens ASAP. Messed up the wrong order this time. Be ready for an audit.
Breakfast Jack's were nice and hot and fresh. Iced Mocha Coffee is delicious.

Last 3 times I've been thru drive thru they keep shorting my order. I'm diabetic so I eat all protein and order single patties. Anna in the drive thru is very rude and always have an issue with my order. She's got to be the worst drive thru cashier I've ever experienced.Get this girl replaced......you are losing business because of it.
