I used to live down the street from one, but I haven't been to JITB for a long time. I've always like the grease bomb tacos, and the mini-taco sloppy mess is even better! Chicken sandwich was really good. A long time favorite is a teriyaki bowl and egg rolls. JITB has a pretty diverse menu, so it's a good place if you don't know what you really want.
I've gone to this Jack In The Box for decades now. They shut down during the COVID and did a massive renovation - I think. I've never had a problem with the service, and I've always enjoyed the food. My standard order has always been an Ultimate Double Cheeseburger and an order of Seasoned Curly Fries. It's been a long time since my last visit (maybe a year? Maybe 2???) Partly because it has been closed and partly because I have found myself just going elsewhere. Last weeks visit was fine - they got me through the drive-thru quickly and without incident - except when I got home and opened the bag. My order of the burger and fries came to a total of $13, which waaaaay more than it was last time, but if I got what I was used to, it would not have been a big problem. Prices are up everywhere - I am aware of that - and that's just a sad fact of life these days. Here's my problem: There was nothing 'ultimate' about the Ultimate Double Cheeseburger. The burger is miniscule compared to how it used to be. I've heard of 'shrinkflation' - companies needing more profit so they reduce the size of the product but charge the same price. I hate it, but, again, it appears to be a fact of life. In Jack's case, however, it appears that they have BOTH shrunk the burger (it appears to be more like 1/2 or 2/3 the size as before, so not a LITTLE smaller - now a LOT smaller) and JACKED (sorry, I couldn't resist...) up the price. They are now nailing in the front end AND in the back end!! As an American consumer, I guess I can handle getting nailed in the front side of things. As a human being, though, I refuse to get nailed in the back end, too!!! Jack In The Box ain't gonna happen again in my household.
bad service, lies to me to have me to wait for refund what they did wrong charger. Finally still not get money back. When we order, we already told the cashier we have coupon, and told her the coupon number, on the screen shows the coupon price. When we get the receipt, it shows charged us the original price, what is double price than coupon. We immediately ask for fix this mistake, the cashier told us park on side wait her completed the next order. We did, but after we park on side, the cashier changed her words, told us use the coupon next time.
I ordered on door dash. Ordered loaded tiny tacos and extra of every topping which is extra money and not only did they not give extra toppings they just gave me plain tiny tacos with nothing on them. I’ve worked fast food and your job isn’t hard so maybe do it cause you’re being paid to do so smh
56 minutes after placing my order and then got to the window to receive cold food and the new girl was on her phone with the boss the entire time trying to get the drink machine to work instead of helping her co-workers every time I go there it's 30 minutes or more wait time
Good location but, they seem very understaffed last time I was there. I felt bad for the crew honestly but, I patiently waited and the food was hot so, it worked out
feel like the picture describes itself. shouldn’t have bought four large things of these curly fries. this branch is definitely understaffed and whatever staff that is there does not care for what is handed to customers.
Its good for bad food..and to the ppl complaining about the time..they actually cook the food there..its not frozen...so when ur order is more than 20$(fata**) be patient instead of writing a rant because you can't wait
Lol ordered two milkshakes, when I got up to the window after waiting in line they told me they cleaned their milkshake machine so I wasn't going to be getting them. This is at 730pm and they don't close till 12am. Lol what a joke of a place.
