I don't really recommend this one. They are quick but often inaccurate. I ordered a #7 with a coke and got a sausage biscuit... Not only did I not get what I paid for I got something that cost way less. Sadly it went into the trash as I don't like their breakfast food. Didn't even give me a receipt either so I can't report it.
The worst service you could ever pay, don't stop unless you have 30 min. To wait. And don't expect to get anything you order because they will mess your order up everytime. I give chance after chance, and haven't had a single enjoyable experience. You might as well dumpster dive because that's how cold the food will be. Chicken sandwich rock hard like they 2nd fried it. Fries Luke warm. Corporate seriously needs to get involved please
I was able to order fairly quickly. When I approach the window the person working at the window just said the dollar amount that I owed, took my card, gave it back to me with my order. . There is no have a great evening, thanks for choosing Jack in the box today, nothing I feel as though they were doing me a favor. What happened to the good old days where employees thanked you for coming in to do business with them? The only word spoken to me was the dollar amount that I owed. I guess this is the kind of place that you would choose if there's nothing else open and you don't care about the level of customer service that you receive. I was extremely disappointed and a little angry when I got home to find that they had given me one sweet and sour and one pancake syrup for my 3 piece egg roll. One sauce is NOT enough so have it got thrown out. Total bubba considering they're almost $6 for three.
Bad attitude at the drive through. I asked for 6 tacos no lettus well done please. She said pull up to window before order showed up on screen. I waited to make sure my order was correct. What showed up on screen was 2 orders taco no lettus 1order no taco sauce. I said hello she responded with what! I said order was not correct and restated my order. She then said I fixed it! I'm trying to figure out why the attitude. Screen still did not show well done or crispy. I pulled up to window and waited about 5 mins with no one ahead or at the walk-up window. What I got was 6 soft tacos... not what I ordered. And I had to ask for my receipt, never even put well done on order. I asked for well done to ensure tacos are hot all the way through, not a warm middle. I rarely have an issue getting well done tacos... this was one of them. Ate only 1 gave the rest to homeless person.
Just a warning to anyone out there that there seems to be a permanent homeless person in their drive-thru. she's been there over a week or two now. she will stand in the middle of the drive-thru blocking your way. when she finally shuffled off enough to the side that i could edge around her she started screaming at me. avoid this place if you don't want to be yelled and screamed at. who knows if she's violent or not?
Ok open honest review, all the food was good however I ordered a chicken pita for my self instead I was given a ultimate bacon cheese burger...I really had my heart set on that as I didn't want no burger however im not mad the food was made with correct orders that I picked my family of 4.The fries are a bit salty, but they fresh well tasting soda (unlike taco nell) which served me flavorless soda/tea smelling water.Staff is polite I know there are new staff in there much better then the rude indian lady whos usually there. 8.2-10.Purchase at 12:47 am jan 23, 2022
Horrible experience.They told me they didn't have my mobile order( placed like a good 15 mins prior) asked me to leave the drive through and park and get out and come to the window (in the snow) they "found it" and I still had to wait. The good was clearly old AF and refired to warm it up. It was all greasy and burt. The employees were just so incredibly rude and when I askes for napkins, the lady balled up a giant wad and slammed them in the bag. Totally ridiculous. I was then late to my appointment which consequently made mw late to work.
They say open 24 hours. Its not true, doesn't matter they are always closed between 3-6am.Yet again they claim to be open 24 hours. But when I go through the drive through. Nobody wants to do anything. Then when I drive up to the window you can see them try to hide
I am used to getting less then quality fast food from the Central Ave location in Kent, Wa but this time was by far the worst. I was just in 5 minutes ago and paid $30 for 15 worth of food. Inflation, I get it. But can we at least cook my egg rolls? I mean at least it isn't frozen but this is fresh out of the fridge. They didn't even attempt to heat it. Thank good I have an air fryer. I can't even call them to complain. They don't answer.
Paid $6 for a meal on the app. Pull up to the drive thru and they dont have it. Make me wait in the parking lot for 20 mins, still dont have it. No refund, no comp, nothing. Even with receipt. “Not our policy”. ??
