Really good food , reasonable prices, spacious, lots of space for seating. Good customer service. Easy to understand menu. Have photos of most dishes. Location is goodBut parking lot is rough, and neglected. It is because the lot owner does not pay attention to improving it. It is shared by several busy businesses. Best if order to go, and enjoy their good food at your nicer environment
I used to love this place. :(The food used to be good, made fresh and prepared hot. Not sure what happened on my recent visit....but my food was cold, pita bread was hard and meat was tough. Not what I remembered.The service was good, bathrooms were closed, couldn't wash my hands.Plus, there is an extreme presence of homelessness in that area.... Made it a little difficult to enjoy my meal, as people kept looking in my car. :(
Today I ordered 2 servings of plain gyro meat to go. The server asked if I wanted some sauce to go with it and I said yes. I then added that I did not want any lettuce. I told the server in the past I had had lettuce in my takeout orders. She assured me that the meat is cut from the rotating meat and nowhere near the lettuce. The order was completed quickly (the only reason I didn't give a 1) and I left the store to drive home. When I arrived I opened both containers and there was lettuce all over the bottom on both orders. She either didn't tell the chef or did not check the order before packaging it all up or both. It's my fault for not checking the order before leaving but it was not something difficult and based on her assurance there would be no lettuce I trusted her. If I go back (the food is good) I will definitely check my order before leaving the store.
Ordered a take out, food was below average. We ordered shawarma, spicy chicken kabob (not spicy at all), falafel almost all were lacking on taste.Would never visit here again.
Good food. I enjoyed my take out meal. My first time there. Lots of people on a Monday night so seemed very popular.I waited for my order in the car but saw a customer go in and out twice without a mask despite apparently staring right at the "mask required" sign. Third time he went in with a mask... don't know what interaction staff had with him.

Falafel could have be more better. Hummus was not that super duper taste. Samaosas were good.
Jasmine and the owner (think Omar) are simply awesome! They were able to accommodate a last minute catering request for >20 people and the food is insanely good. Will always use/recommend Ishtar for Greek and/or Mediterranean dishes for dine-in, take out or catering. Nice job guys!

Portion is really small five small shredded chicken pieces , while alot of rice and salad, If I wanted salad I would've gone to Subway. Come on 15 dollar's for 5 tiny pieces of chicken. Thank you but will not come back again
