The worst place I have ever visited. Very bad service. I don't recommend to anyone. Of you order to go make sure your order is correct before leaving because it will never be right. The entrees come with only partial portions.

I went there Sunday for brunch place was not busy at all. By time we got our food everything was cold, I ordered the eggs Benedict the sauce tasted like mustard even our waiter and the manager tasted and agreed. So they remade it eggs were hard boiled they did compost one entree. Our server Jordan was a delight.

This location is a hit or miss. The last time I been here the service was great. But this time today 5/3/2022 the service was bad. Then it took the cooks almost an hour to have the food ready. I would've understand if they was really busy but there was only 4 or 5 tables being use. Our waitress was Karen.

We've gone to location twice and won't return, the 2 times we went there something was always wrong on missingMy 55+ meal was supported to have 1 pancake, ham, hash browns and 2 eggs over easy. My pancake wasn't there, my eggs were fried and the ham was overcooked, there were no condiments either. I won't go to this location again. I'll go to my regular location even though it's further away

My husband and I came here for brunch. I witnessed a complete lack of professionalism from what looked like a Supervisor when dealing with a frustrated customer. The customer was expressing frustration because his order was taking a long time. The Supervisor, an African American lady (don't know her name) then said to him in an aggressive tone that they were backed up 20 orders and that he needed to wait or leave, and that he was provided false information as far as the timing of his order. That is not the customers fault. She could have approached that situation with a lot more empathy and a lot more professionally. To put the icing on the cake, the Police were called on the frustrated customer, when it did not have to come to that. We both ordered orange juice, and it tasted absolutely terrible. Even the waiter said that it wasn't good and took it.off the bill. The waiter made a mistake in putting in my order, I asked for no cheese and no cheese sauce on my omelet. He made a mistake putting it in, so they had to re do it. However, they did not re fire my husband's food because of the mistake on mine, and he got cold food. Honestly, the only good part was that my omelet was pretty decent. Overall, we will not be back.

Since I saw that there has been a New IHOP opened closer to my Home I thought I would go ahead & get the great breakfast that I’ve enjoyed for many years. Well, I was sadly surprised after going there the past 3 times in the past 2 months nothing has improved. Very poor service, the quality of the food was not up to the normal IHOP standard, & not even the Pancakes were worth eating. The first time I was the only customer & after being seated I had to wait almost 10 minutes to order. The second time I went in the service was a little faster but I must have gotten the same cook. So I thought I would try one more time. The server was quick to greet me but again I had to wait almost 10 minutes to order. There was 1 other Customer in the restaurant but there was at least 2 Servers. & a Cook & another person possibly a Manager. I ordered All you can eat Pancakes. It took another 10 minutes for a stack of just Pancakes. While waiting I could hear the 3 Employees chatting near the kitchen while waiting for my order. Finally received my order & noticed an elderly couple arriving with 3 possibly their Grandchild. They stood standing at the front entrance waiting for service & then noticed 2 more car full of young adults entering behind them. I approached the Servers in by the kitchen & notified them that Customers were waiting to be seated. While leaving to pay my bill found out that it was their Grandfather’s Birthday. A total of 14 came to celebrate. I wished them a happy celebration & left hoping that there experience there would be much better than what I have had. Life goes on & I’ve decided to go back to my regular IHOP from now on.

The place looks small but it was actually a decent size. The staff were all nice and friendly. We had a great first time experience at this IHOP. My family of 3 will be visiting again!

Waited for 5 minutes to be seated, just to be turned away for not having a mask. After I asked if they had any they could provide they said it's not their responsibility, then made me leave. Can you imagine a restaurant kicking you out for not wearing a mask to go to your seat where you're going to remove said mask to eat, all after the mask mandate has already been lifted? Horrible customer service.

Comments below are right about this place. Took over 40 mins to get our food and the place wasn’t even half full. There was about 5 staff members that honestly had nothing to do. I could see in the kitchen and saw a ton of plates with food ready but no one was serving them. The host or manager told us to wait while he looked if a table was ready, when the place was basically empty. Our waitress was nice and she was doing her job can’t really blame her. Management needs to step it up and lead. Lastly, yes the hash brown portion is less than other ihops. Won’t be coming back to this Ihop

The customer service at this ihop is HORRIBLE!! The management sucks!! Our waitress abandoned our table. Our food was cold and bought out late. The 2 managers on floor today were rude, and disrespectful. They all need to be retrained on how to deal with situations that arise on the floor. No customer should walk out feeling the way we did. We will be reaching out to headquarters. The management at the Kent location needs to be fired!!!
