Food came out hot and fresh! Everything taisted great! I will definitely come back here again!
Under new ownership - again, 3rd set of owners in 2 years. Food definitely tastes different and service is horrendously slow.Sorry, I won't be returning.
We waited 35 minutes for our order. $50 plus tip…. Not many places to sit so our family sat out in the car. The person that took our order plus another employee sat at a table the entire time but they were soooo busy. When we went in 35 minutes later they had given our food to someone else (a fellow customer saw this happen) they told us our “order didn’t go through “ we had to wait another 20 minutes, they offered us free food next time but considering they didn’t recognize us after a half an hour ? we took the loss. TheEmployees seemed dumb foundedGot home and my youngest sons food wasn’t in there he started crying. My man’s order was wrong not spicy teriyaki. NEVER AGAINSide note my man works next to this place and he nor his co workers will ever be returning lost a lot of business today
Found this in my Chicken Yakisoba. Will never go there again. The dish is my own from home.
it sUCKS FIRST OF ALL MY FAMILY ORDERED SOME FOOD SOME CHICKEN CATSU TERYAKI CHICKEN BOWL AND SOME GYOZAS THEN THEESE guys GAVE OUR ORDER TO ANOTHER PERSON WHO LOOKED NOTHING LIKE US AND THEY TOOK IT AND LEFT THEY WERENT EVEN NAMED AFTER ONE OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO CAME IN TO ORDER IT FOR US WE WERE WAITING IN THE CAR FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND 30 MINs then when we finally got our order theese guys forgot the teryaki chicken bowl it sucks Itchy teryaki if u are reading this i have a family member who works near the place and will notify his co workers who go there u also promised us 2 free teryaki but u couldnt even notice us when we ordered something so all of the sudden u say that, u will loose alot of bussiness if u dont identify someones order and tell them to show u the recipt.
Some of this is just due to things that they can not control, like the prices went up. That part is expected. But then they take things off the menu , but leave them as a choice. A choice you cant have. They have taken out half of the tables. And it is not a nice place to sit down and eat, I don't think they clean much. I would suggest just take your cheap food and run away. And I mean cheap not in price but in quality. Today was my last visit, I will not be going back. there was not one thing about todays visit I can recommend. Not the good food, not the atmosphere, not the cleanliness, not anything good to see here.
The food is good but I just waited 40 minutes for my order! And I called before coming in. I believe they gave my order to someone else so they had to make another. It's the 2nd time this has happened
Custoner presence good on entry and service seemed strong. Food was/seeemed warmed over., BAD. Worse than teriyaki joints all others from prior purchases.no repeat visit. Waste of mobey. Give my money back. p.s., interior is in disheveled.
Below Average but that's not even the issue. Order $90 worth of food and they forgot one of our plates. Not a big deal missing ONE plate but the fact they want to accuse us of trying to scam them of a $12 plate after spending $90 on their mediocre food. These reviews are fake and this place is a joke. How about appreciating someone who spends money at your establishment and not accuse of trying to scam.2 stars just because it was somewhat edible
