Amazing! Staff is wonderful. Food is always good and fast. Lavendar tea is amazing!!!!! Plus PLANTS!
All the drinks we ordered were perfect! Also, they recommended the popcorn chicken and I tell you, it’s not like regular popcorn chicken, it has some kind of spice on it that made taste AMAZING! Definitely going back for more!

Amazing Bahn Mi pork sandwiches, and great selection of both Milk and Fruit teas! Well worth any small wait, the lines are always served quickly and professionally. The environment in the store is super clean and pleasing if you want to enjoy in the store or on the go.
My drink, the wintermelon milk tea w/ boba, was great! But the oolong milk tea tasted like literal fish. I don't know why but it was disgusting lol. Do not order the oolong
I was relieved that the Thai tea was strong enough and not too milky. The Bahn mi was also good. The bread was not rock hard but was soft unlike some places. The price was also reasonable.
I love there smoothies and tea’s! There tapioca is sweet and chewy and so good! I love this boba spot and I refuse to go anywhere else
good tea, mediocre service. Went there to support a local business in lieu of Starbucks next door. Both staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, I was the only person in the store and now understand why it's often empty. a tiny half smile or 'hello' goes a long way!
Their bubble tea is good. I love that they have a lavender flavor! I also recommend the spring rolls - they're about the same price as a bubble tea and big enough for a light meal.
