I ordered food online for pickup. But. When I finished placing the order a little after midnight it said I could pick it up after 10 am. It was Sunday and I didn't realize they close 3 hours earlier on Sunday. I called them right at 10am the next morning to cancel the order since I was at work and didn't need it the next day. The lady on the phone kept trying to get me to come get it instead of cancelling the order. She finally agreed to cancel it but she never did. I called to complain and she told me to call back in a few days when the manager is there. I got told the same thing when I did call back and after a week of trying to get ahold of someone to refund the order they blocked my cell phone. I went in to ask for my refund and again was told the manager is not there. It's been 2 weeks and still no refund or manager on duty!

Got out of work supper late so all our places were closed. This was the only one still open & in the same type of food we were looking for so we went it. Looked nice and clean when we walked in and variety of things on menu, which led me to believe it would be great. We sat down and waiting not 3 minutes and the food was already out. Nice and quick...Well first mistake was the order was wrong, no biggy, they checked my receipt and fixed it. Second time she came around she was giving us another tables plate. Why hand out table numbers if your employees will just be walking around not knowing which table food belongs too? She seemed clueless every time she came out with a plate doing 2 laps around the room to finally figure out who it belonged to. We finally got all our plates and as soon as I took a spoon full of the soup, it was straight Burning oil! I'm really not the complaining type so I just started scooping the one inch of oil there was over the soap. Also ordered quesabirrias which as soon as I bit down on it, all the oil came out. Onto the plate and my shirt. I wonder how much oil they were cooking with. It was honestly gross and I couldn't help but wonder and look at everyone else to see if every other customer was okay with their food being that way. We were hungry and tired so I just squashed it all out and observed it with almost all the napkins we had. My daughter didn't want to eat hers she only finished the tiny Barbie house bowl of soup. We left and peeked at others peoples food. It all looked the same. Listen for the sound of oil it sounds like a water fall but it's boiling oil. If you wanna get any kinds of health issues that comes along with that, go right in. Never coming here again. Would only speak of it to tell u to highly stay away from it. Can't serve, can't cook, customer service wasn't that great either. Would give it 0 stars if given the option

Do you like long, thick, dark hair in your food? If so, this is the place for you. Obviously no one bothers to wear a hair net. Just filed a complaint with the health dept. I would avoid this place! I would give them a zero if I could. And don't bother to call to speak with the manager to report a problem. They hung up on us 2 times. Disgusting.

Tacos are always good but since they raised their prices the sides look even worse than before to cost a whole extra dollar more than usual and still not get any cheese and somehow manage to give me 3 cups of red Chile when I only eat green smh what a waste of time and money

Their online ordering is super convenient, but they forgot several items in our order. The tacos were good, but the burrito wasn’t great. I think dining in would be better.

I tried placing an online order but the website kept failing so I called in for help and they said "no it works" I'm like well its not working for me so I ended up coming inside to order. The manager was not very professional or friendly.... I was in the restaurant business so I know exactly how it works. They didn't have salsa but still charged me full price for just the chips when I don't get salsa?? You need to offer a discount or a different item. She said she would give me hot sauce..... Hot sauce is not the same as salsa... and a discount should be offered or don't be selling the chips. Anyways that's not even the biggest thing. She was unprofessional demanding payment sticking her hand out not being friendly or even looking at me just sticki g her hand out. Then she walked away and told me to sign for tip... I wasn't even given a pen so I couldn't sign it then she acted like i was dumb as I told her I didn't get a pen. she pointed at the pens (which there were only 2 that everyone was using without being cleaned or having more clean ones to offer) I STILL tipped her because either work in the Industry and if I didn't get tips I wouldn't be able to live. But come on as a Manager we need to show more professionalism and courtesy and satisfy all our guests. Also provide exceptional customer service.

Food was tasty! Our order took a pretty long time, but that's ok. I got two meals out of mine though. Will be back!

The staff are nice and friendly. The food is good and the price is very reasonable. All I can say, I am full when I leave this restaurant. The salsa bar is a plus too! If you like fresh tortillas, this is a place to come too.Update, bumping this up to five stars. Always consistent quality and prices are good based on daily/weekly specials. Best deals is when they have taco plates. Parking is very limited and can be tricky trying to enter/exit. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. One of our favorite places to go after leaving here for 10+ years. They now serve breakfast (hashbrowns, eggs, ham), and American hamburgers. I haven't tried either but it's available.

Good food but extremely long wait time.

Ok so this place is awesome. Totally accommodate my crazy vegetarian requests, put fries in my burrito. Loved the food, was so happy and full after. Solid place and drive through. Never go to taco bell if near this place. It is really good solid Mexican reminds me of spots in Texas and New Mexico.
