While Domino’s Pizza is good every once in a while I am frustrated with their ordering application. I didn’t have an easy time and had to redo my order several times before it took, it took 20 minutes just to order. Then, when my order was set to be ready they would have been closed. So I had to switch locations, redo my order again.The people inside were super nice though. The food wasn’t that bad either. But if your going to spend $60 on food I would go elsewhere.
We have been eating at this store for a year and a half since moving to Des Moines….Food is always delivered hot and fresh and the customer service is always amazing along with delivery which is a huge plus:)
Do not order at this location, they are very busy. Online estimated time is very wrong. I ordered online and I got there after half an hour. I had to wait another 45 min to get my pizza.
I tried to place an order by phone ☎? and I was not happy to make him cancel the order and I went in person and I realized that ?the way you think by phone ☎ no was not that it was very good ?? the attention and very nice, clean and the one that is very friendly and the flavor of the pizza ? well, very good ?? it will always be my favorite thanks ? Dominos pizza you are the best ?
It's either the app didn't get my order through or the delivery driver just doesn't wanna give me my Pizza that I redeemed with my point. I love Domino but lately, Im not getting my pizza delivered on time and just now yesterday my pizza haven't been delievered at all. So it was a wasted free pizza that I redeemed with my point and I'm pretty much upset. I'm ordering again on theirs app and if it said that my Pizza got delivered despite me waiting for an hour, then mate I don't think I ever wanna order from Domino ever again. I envied those who don't got a problem with Domino in general.
I have done delivery and pick up from this store and the staff are always fantastic. Ive never had a wrong order, and the employees seem to genuinely care. They smile and chat and they dont seem like they hate life like most "fast food" places do. It seems like a nice work environment for them. Even better, for a deliver order our delivery driver knocked on the door (we didnt hear it, not their fault) and waited a few minutes and then called just to make sure we were home and knew our food was there. We would have eventually checked once we saw the notification but it was really nice of them to go the extra step to call.
The carside delivery took longer than the promised time and I got a coupon for a free pizza. Pizza was average. I recommend getting the marinara sauce. Each pizza should come with one sauce free but you have to pay for it.
This store is great. No issues whatsoever. Great job

I'll be honest every single time I order a pizza with extra cheese it's never extra cheese! But this time I refuse to go back to a national pizza chain! Quit hiring young incompetents that can't read a label! And it's not just the cheese it's the order in general thats wrong! And then argumentative when I say anything! SMH Off to Delfinos 16 miles north!
