The pizza comes out good for a Domino's. The team can be pretty hit and miss- either they break out all the bells and whistles like HR and Management are watching or they look at you with the kind of disgust reserved for people who order from Papa John. Some people pay for that kind of treatment true, but I'm not really in the market for a Za'dom or a Dough'dom- I just want a friendlyish if tired Hello and a hot pizza.
Luis, the pizza maker, was the only cook tonight. When I was there to pick up my order, this hard working guy was the only one working and trying to keep up with all the orders. Dominos is so lucky to have such an amazing worker. He's truly a great asset to your company! Thank you Luis.
The new Hawaiian pizza is great and he also gave me a coupon and saved me some dollars. I asked for some parm and I was told all they had was the shaker parm for another 1.99 and no packets. Who doesn't stock packets of parm??? Really Domino's come on now
This place is horrible at providing any kind of decent service. I order my pizza for delivery through the app and 9 times out of 10 there is some sort of issue. Most recently, ordering from the app at 7:30pm and not seeing an update on the tracker when I realized that it was now 8:30pm. I call to get a status update and was told that there was 2 orders in front of mine and that it would take another 20 minutes before my order gets into the oven.I don't even like coming online and leaving reviews but I have ran out of patience for this place way too many times to not give others a heads up on what to expect when ordering from here. I can't complain about the food, it tastes just like any other Domino's, but man, the trials and tribulations of getting the food delivered is too much to keep ordering from this place.
Food is delicious. But I ordered car side and even though it said ready no body came to my car for like 10 minutes and I had to go inside. Then they forgot my sauce and drink until I told them and then they tried to give me the wrong drink. I wish I hadn’t paid online cause I tipped 25% and I would not have if I knew the kind of customer service that would be provided
Just tried the Feta Spinach with Alfredo sauce and I’m glad I did! I had the thin, crispy crust. It had a nice mild garlic flavor that made it more tasty than the regular slice-of-white-cardboard you sometimes get with the thin crust elsewhere. The cheese, feta, provolone, parm was really good combo! I’m trying it with red sauce next time - I’ll bet it’s good! Delivery on time and left za as instructed. Well done!!
Nice workers and the best manager, Kyla was professional, kind, she showed passion and patience for her job. The food might be a bit pricey but asking for a coupon wasn't a big deal. I was understanding of their wait time because of rush hours, even with the longer wait they provided excellent service and apologize with a free drink. Cameron called me boss as I walked out the door and Ally was very respectful when my card got declined, she waited for me to try a different method then my money went through. Thank you for helping out guys!
They got my online order wrong again. I never see any employees wearing gloves. Ever. Then i watched guy cutting pizzas and hot sandwiches go straight from doing that bare handed, to the register to help me, then back to touching food without washing his hands or putting gloves on. The other employees didnt seem eager to help me or do anything else for that matter. This location needs to get it together ????
If I could give a zero review I would. This is the absolute work run business I have dealt with in a long time! Tried to place a large order over the phone (using a gift card because you can't place an order online with a gift card) for our office. Provided the person with the order and gift card (Caleb, who is apparently a supervisor). We realized there was additional money on the card so asked to add an extra pizza. When Caleb added the extra pizza he then ran the card for the entire amount again and told me the $100 gift card had a balance of $9.60. I asked if he had already ran the card and he said he had not. Had to cancel the order. Called later to talk to another supervisor (Kyla) and was advised that she needed to speak with HER supervisor. She said she would call me back in an hour. The next day I called again and asked to speak a higher up manager and was advised that they can't give me that person's info. Left all of my info and have yet to receive a refund, a call or any sort of reimbursement for my 40 minutes of talk/hold time with the 2 'supervisors'. If anyone knows how I can actually reach someone to file a complaint I would appreciate the info! This wasn't a 5 or 10 dollar mistake...it was $90.40! And I can't even get a call! Absolutely no way to run a business!
Worst dominos to ever go to. First time I ordered here, I ordered some Buffalo hot wings. They gave me wings in marinara sauce!!!! The second time I ordered here, I tried to get Buffalo hot wings again. This time they gave me sweet mango habanero wings (better than marinara sauce BUT NOT WHAT I WANTED). Third time I tried to order from here, they aren’t delivering. And their online ordering hasn’t been working in forever!!! And they won’t take the online coupons over the phone or your free pizza if you have one. At this point, close this dominos.
