Due to moving i had not been here in a few years. Prior to covid I was working in Seattle off of I believe it was 8th Ave and I would go to a Dilettante that was near by.For whatever reason the business closed before covid. I really missed them because they carried a variety of coffee drinks that Starbucks and Peets' coffee did not carry.I really appreciate where this coffee stand is located. There is plenty of room inside to sit, and there is out doors sitting as well. There is even a fire place/pit outdoors to sit around.There is a wide variety of snack,pastries, sandwiches, for all of you chocolate lovers Dilettante carries their very own chocolate. They even incorporate it in some of their coffee drinks.I always order a 12 oz breve ( made with half and half) latte with raw sugar. It was delicious, full bodied and without the bitterness. The price was reasonable.
Great little Cafe and had a comfortable feeling inside. The service was good however the time it took to get a couple drinks was pretty slow. I would definitely check this place out again if I am in the area.

worst coffee experience ever, service was terrible; hopefully my review will help others to avoid the type of service we were subjected to. I will be informing my employees, my vendors, my contractors, my friends, my family and anyone else that I can to avoid doing business with these people
Today was our first time at this cafe. We were not greeted by the cashier, she just stared at us until we ordered. I ordered a grande no foam latte with whole milk - fairly easy order. It came with 2% milk, I reminded her I ordered whole milk. The second try came with 1/3 of the cup filled with foam. I took it but we won’t be back. Put your head in the game cashier.
Interestingly, this is the only non Starbucks Cafe within miles. Conveniently located with a fire place outside. Cute
I’ve been meaning to check this place out since I live nearby and I wish I did sooner! I did an online order and was greeted by a friendly barista who promptly helped direct me to my order. Mocha frappe was so good, it didn’t taste too sugary overall - the chocolate drizzle added the perfect amount of sweetness. The sausage breakfast sandwich was made perfectly too! They also made a pup cup complete with a biscuit treat for my dog.
Made a big mistake by choosing this coffee shop as a place for my business meeting. To make it short, my business meeting got ruined by horrible customer service.The manager of this coffee shop is an extremely rude lady , as a business owner I would not let such poor management to be in charge of the part of the business.I will not recommend this cafe to anyone, coffee shop is not only about coffee but also, about great customer service and amazing people who will greet you and make your experience memorable.The manager at least did that part of the job, since I won’t ever forget how she treated me and my business partners. 0 stars for customer service/manager.
As you can already see by their ratings,this coffee shop has really bad management! I don't know if the owner of this cafe cares about his customers and his workers providing great customer service or not but the workers ,in my case the manger,provided the worst customer service I've ever got. I am not the type to write bad reviews for no reason but trust me ,I just spent 2 minutes of my busy schedule to write this review for a reason.There is plenty other coffee shops in the area,I would suggest looking for a different coffee shop before your day gets ruined.You don't loose a business in a day but you do daily when you trust your business to a manager like the one at this cafe.Hope the owner sees this.
Very rude customer service! My friends and I were treated very poorly. We had our masks on when we came in. As we sat down, we took our masks off. Security kept telling us to put our masks back on. They ended up kicking us out and calling the cops on us for no reason. As my friends and I were standing outside talking after getting kicked out, the manager of this café came up to us and started taking pictures of us. She accused us of being drunk and said that we weren’t allowed to stand here because it was their property. Mind you, we weren’t drunk and didn’t do anything to be treated this way. I do not recommend coming to this place!
