I still wish you can have negative stars. This place is a joke. The kids that work there are very rude and have Zero customer service skills at all. The manager that trained them should be Fired. Now let's take about the food if you can call it that. I ordered a blizzard and it was all ice cream and no toppings. The dipped cone I order was a mess. My burger I asked for was supposed to be plain and had everything on it.

Sat in line for over 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us. There were only a few teenage employees in there goofing off. When I got to the window I got to listen to their foul language (as did my young son) Finally received our ice cream, and got home to realize there were no toppings in our blizzards. Was just pure ice cream. Paid almost $30 for plain vanilla ice cream. Hadn’t been to this location in a couple of years because of a bad previous experience. Thought we’d give it another try but it’s obvious nothing has improved. We won’t be back.

This place is so poorly ran. The last time I was here was about 8 months ago. I had a craving for a dairy queen burger and onion rings. I was soon to be disappointed when I found out they were out of Onion rings. Today I had the same craving and was disappointed again when I turned up 10 minutes after the posted opening time to be I formed that they were not open. When I asked how's that you were supposed to be open 10 minutes their irrated response was "we ain't ready yet man" poorly managed and ran.So to update this review, I received a call from the manager who offered to make things right which I find very comforting. I will give this store another chance. Thank you for taking the time Dairy Queen management team.

Placed an order online, sent them picture thru email . They called me to double cheCk the details and were very nice about it . Cake came out great. Thank you!The day I called them to see if they do digital scanning and I can tell something happened at the store and they were busy but the gal that I was on phone with didn’t rush me and answered all my questions and was polite .

The girl in the Drive-Thru who took my order and took it incorrectly and made my order incorrectly and then had an attitude when I corrected her. I also sat in the Drive-Thru line for so long that the actual food I ordered was cold by the time I got it. I understand that you are busy and you maybe understaffed but maybe just wait a little longer to cook the food if you can't move the cars fast enough.

The customer service at this place is horrible. The person who took our order today sounds like he or she didn’t want to be working at DQ. Couldn’t determine whether it was a male or female because the person sounds like a female but looks like a male. The person didn’t have a name tag on either or else I would put the name on here. Get better workers who actually enjoy the job and care to help people. Please stop hiring people who have attitudes and are only there for the paycheck. This is not the first time this happened to me at this location. This DQ has the worst reviews I have ever seen. Why do you guys keep apologizing on here and these problems continue to happen. Get better at selecting the people you guys hire!!!

Very upset! I didn’t order plain vanilla ice cream! I ordered a snickers blizzard! This is not even close to what a snickers blizzard should look like! Not happy at all! Paid almost $5 for what? Plain vanilla ice cream. Tried calling and no answer.

Your employees are handling food and dealing directly with customers and they are NOT vaccinated against COVID. Do you allow them to work if they have not gotten a TB test, or Hep C vaccine? Do they come to work with a runny nose and a fever? Then why is it okay to allow them to work during a pandemic and not be vaccinated? Its disgusting and you should be ashamed of your self for allowing this to continue. You as the owner can be held liable if they can trace the virus back to your store/employee. Please mandate that your employees get vaccinated so they don't pollute the air in your restaurant.

It could have been better. I ordered the same meal I always order, for some reason this time it didn't come with fries..I asked the young lady why and she said it's not in the computer.. I'm standing there puzzled and I said why not? She turns to the manager who was standing there the whole time and he says " we're out of fries so he took them out of the computer " and I'm thinking why didn't you say something when you saw the young lady struggling to answer my question..??
