The ice cream here is awesome, and the girl who was working was really nice and patient, and if she was stressed out while having to serve the line all by herself, she wasn't showing it. I do have to wonder what the higher up is thinking when they staff only 1 person, on a Saturday afternoon?
Was in this afternoon to get two orders, never been in before but my partner had and they wanted a specific flavor. The man helping me with my order was rude and honestly treated me like I had never made an order of ice cream before. It took several attempts for me asking after the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor (the one my partner asked for) for the guy to actually tell me it was a flavor I could get. I’m sure the rest of the staff is wonderful and ice cream was great, just don’t go in on a Tuesday afternoon.
Clean and cozy. Friendly staff. The kiddo loves it. Reasonably priced. No complaints.

Super friendly
I went in on a Sunday early afternoon and it was one of the hottest days of the year. There was a line but it was not to bad. The young lady behind the counter stayed calm, friendly and helpful and did not rush any of the customer through the line. She made suggestions and had a great attitude even though it was a little crazy.
I hadn't been to Cold Stone in many years. This was great fun. They now have set mixes of ingredients if you don't want to create your own mix of add-ins. Like I said, it's been a while. The employees were very nice. It was a fun experience with my 12 year old.
Didn’t want to bring your average review score down so I gave you a 5 star. This review is to give management feedback in regards to your display freezer not keeping the ice cream frozen enough. Hot day for sure but I’d think that freezer should be cold enough to not let it melt while still in case. Hope you’re able to fix the issue. ?
